Cons: House keeping can be better. Check Bathroom Soap before showering
It was alright, but can certainly be better. It is has a good location

Recommendable hotel near City Hall

Pros: The staffs were nice, atmosphere was good, quiet place to stay in, and pretty close to sightseeing locations.
Cons: A little dusty room and hotel lobby and hall smell full of marijuana.
Overall, the hotel experience was good but I felt the price of hotel was too expensive.

Hotel has no compassion

We come to philly to see a doctor for our son with retinoblastoma. We booked 2 nights only needed one. They denied our refund. We booked here to save some cash since we are here often from Michigan. Now we are out $150. Thanks for nothing

Pros: Everything!!! The staff was awesome! His Orthopedic friend (staff member) told my husband if he should need anything to let him know!! Beautiful Group
Cons: Nothing! Just hold on to the VERY kind,compassionate front desk staff they should be highly commended for what they did for my husband. Awesome People
Location: Location is a plus, Lots to do if you do not mind walking, We will definately be back this summer to do more of the Reading Market Place..and the Zoo.
My husband was scheduled for surgery at Meth.Hospital in Philadelphia on 12/14/2016. We decided to go a day earlier and stay over night, in case of bad weather. We arrived at the hotel a little later than planned and a very nice young gentleman was very cortious, and even went above and beyond to help us get rates for the following night due to his surgery being scheduled so late in the afternoon. Our room was immaculate, beds were so comfortable. And the nice young man even helped us with loading up our luggage and taking up to the 3rd floor for us, do to me being disabled and my husband had no use of his right extremities. ( I would also like to add that a very nice young woman after horrendous time with Expedia came to our rescue, Expedia failed to tell us it was an additional $34.00 to park our car. I am thinking her name was Alexis. After all was said and done the nice young man suggested a great place to have a nice dinner. It was so nice of him to do so. When we returned to the hotel he was gone, but once again we were greeted by a wonderful young man who is also a Orthopedic by day and works the night shift. His concerns regarding my husbands condition were very helpful and offered any advice we made need in regards to his surgery he told us to "Just ask". He also made sure we had enough water and soda to take to our room. The next morning we went to the lobby to get coffee and the Orthopedic gentleman was still on an reassured my husband everything would be fine.

Nice spur-of-the-moment choice

Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The bed was super comfortable. The decor was pleasing.
Cons: The door swung into the bathroom and there was very little attention to keeping the area clean behind the door (dirty floor, hair on the floor).
Location: The hotel is right across the street from the convention center but a 1 to 2 block walk to anything else; at night, it's a lonely walk.
We live about 20 miles from Philadelphia and were enjoying Christmas shopping at the Christmas Village followed by dinner. We were having such a good time when we realized, "hey, we don't have to rush home to anything!" We found Four Points with a quick Expedia search and within just a few minutes, our room was booked. It was an 8 minute walk to the hotel from the Christmas Village. The room was very tiny but adequate and included 2 complimentary bottles of water and a coffeemaker (the coffee was very good!). I was surprised that our room had no magazines about the city/things to do in the area, nor was there a hotel information book. For us, it was not a big deal because we are locals and were just spending one night, but I imagine it would be frustrating for an out-of-towner. That being said, the staff at the front desk was very friendly helpful, and knowledgable. There was a little bar/dining area next to the lobby that was very inviting; we enjoyed a tasty late-night snack and drink there before finally retiring for the night. In the morning, there was a coffee station next to the front desk. Our room was pre-paid, but we requested a receipt for our incidental purchases at the bar which the gentleman at the front desk immediately printed out for us before we left.
