It's in the heart of Chinatown in Philadelphia you can get something to eat all the way until 3 or 4 a.m.

Nice, convenient.

Posted Aug 14, 2016
Nice hotel with pretty rooms. Location is convenient but not pretty. Next to an overpass that can be scary to cross in the evening. One block away from Chinatown, which is fun. It has its own restaurant for breakfast and dinner. We found the breakfast was good but not a good value. Dinner was great, espcially since we were too tired to go too far. Both times the service was good and the chef came out to say hello. Very nice. Although the hotel itself was good, if we return to Philadelphia, we will try to get a hotel that is in a nicer area.

The staff made this place

Posted Jul 26, 2016
The staff here were incredible. Friendly from minute one and helpful. They offered to hold my bag after checkout so I could explore the city, had fresh water available for people who aren't used to the heat...truly one of the best experiences ever.

Nice Hotel Located in the center of the city

Posted Jul 26, 2016
Pros: The central location and the cleanliness.
Cons: Refrigerators should be included in the room. It shouldn't be an extra charge for a refrigerator.
Location: Historical sites like the liberty bell, the love park and Rocky Steps. And a lot of nice restaurants
I like that it's located in the center of the city everything is near by. The staff was incredibly pleasant and the pancakes from the restaurant is to die for. Overall my experience was great.

Nice hotel close to convention

Posted Jul 25, 2016
Pros: I liked the staff (they were all professional and accommodating), my room (though small, it was modern and very clean), and its central location.
Location: China town, the Philadelphia Art Museum, the Rocky statue, and Liberty Square are all within walking distance.
I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Philadelphia City Center while attending a convention in a nearby hotel. I was only there for two nights, but had a very good experience. The staff was both professional and pleasant. Edwina at the front desk was especially helpful. At checkout, she assisted me with the cooler storage of my packaged and sealed breastmilk since i was checking my bags until after I returned from my conference. This was something that I had been anxious about my entire trip, but she was quite accommodating though it was a request she may not get every day. Unfortunately, she was gone when I returned, so I didn't get to properly thank her.

Hotel was very nice and 2 double bed room was spacious and comfortable. Had an unfortunate incident where the cleaner mistakenly threw away some of our items but hotel compensated for this. Hotel is close to reading terminal market which is great and walkable to all sights. However, also very close to an area that has a number of homeless people, but other than that location is great

Nice hotel in downtown Philly

Posted Jul 18, 2016
Pros: Location, clean rooms and facilities, lemon water in the lobby
Cons: There was not a fridge or microwave, something I typically expect in a hotel nowadays.
Location: Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby!
No complaints! Every thing was just as it should be!

Bad Sherton

Posted Jul 11, 2016
Pros: Convenient to city center.
Cons: Replace carpeting and CLEAN and disinfect the place; train staff to actually ANSWER the phone; train maids to actually CLEAN the rooms.
Location: Reading market and tour buses nearby. Lots of homeless sleeping in the pass through tunnels of the convention center that you must walk through.
Advertised on Expedia as $155; bill totaled $180 a night; Expedia gave me back some money -- that was good. Then, when I got home, I found a charge by the hotel totaling $166.32, which I had NOT authorized; I'm dealing with my credit card company on that as fraud since the hotel said they didn't show that charge (I figured someone at the desk helped themselves to my money in the name of their company.) The room was dirty from the start; found zip ties on the carpet which told me the carpet was not vacuumed, plus lots of other debris, and there was a dark substance that appeared to be gum ground into the carpeting. The maid never showed up. When we called the desk, most times they didn't answer. My husband had to go down to the desk and "look them in the eyes" since they wouldn't answer the phone. When he complained about no maid service, the maid showed up our second evening and lied, telling us that we put out our "green environment" card asking for no maid service (in truth, we had put out "do not disturb" sign for the morning and brought it back into our room around noon when we left our room, assuming the maid would make up our room that afternoon, which never happened.) The maid came that one evening we complained, and STILL did not vacuum the carpeting. Oh, and we saw a huge cockroach outside their adjoining restaurant which made be presume he'd had his dinner and left for the night. I cannot believe that Sheraton would soil their name by owning this hotel.
