They were service dog friendly and the check in was easy. Room was clean had a refrigerator sink and countertop. Desk chair. And the bed was better than mine at home. I should of looked at the brand. Jacuzzi was nice. Was a little hot at first till we found the thermostat and turned it down to 65. Other than that it was a nice safe place to stay. Even the Police drive around to check on the lots in area.

Nice place and have stayed here before but it seemed the pipes were old or not secured in the stairwell and were banging all night. Very noisy and didn’t get a wink of rest. Headphones don’t event help. Very disappointing.

The hotel was very clean which was a big plus and staff was friendly. Breakfast options were good. I gave it 3 stars because we could not use the pool and were told if we wanted to use the pool we needed to go to their sister hotel. I was not going to drive to another hotel and swim and then change and drice back. The pool was one reason why we chose this hotel.

Don't stay here. You'll be sorry if you do.
Horrible. Staff were rude. Breakfast was cold & ran out. Coffee was hot, brown water-coffee grounds reused many times. Beds too hard to sleep, bathtub dirty. Requested room cleaning & was refused. Room not cleaned in 4 days we were there. Room ridiculously cramped. Left early because of awful conditions.

We only stayed one night and were very pleased. The room was extremely clean, water pressure in the shower was great, the included breakfast was delicious, and AJ in concierge was very pleasent and helpful. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Loved the room, very big and clean. The bathroom had built-in toiletries and was very clean too. Awesome stay, really enjoyed it. The hosts and staff people were friendly and helpful too. Will be sure to book again next time I’m in the area.

staff were nice and accommodating. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. Only stopped in for one night but i would definitely stay again. The room was clean and neat, the jetted tub was LOVELY. Only downside is there’s no way to watch anything other than Direct TV.
