Family trip to see the Eagles play in Philly!!!

Pros: Loved the room, staff and the breakfast!! Hotel was in a good location also.
Cons: The fitness center, but that wasn't a big deal at all.
Location: We were only there because of the Eagles game on 11/13/16. There was a WAWA and a Ruby Tuesday restaurant very close, as well as some other places.

Expect late check in

Cons: have rooms ready for check in
Check in is at 3pm arrived at 3:30pm and was told there wasn't a room available yet, and watched a dozen other hotel guest walk into the lobby excepting their rooms and they were told the same thing. Didn't get a room until a little after 4:30pm and was late to where we were heading, not very good service, was not offered a free night for the inconvenience that was caused. And I usually always stay at a Hampton Inn for the great service that I've had in the past

Nice place to stay at Philly Airport. Shuttle right on time, staff was very helpful and hotel just went through a upgrade. Would stay again.

Close to the airport, with very easy access to rental car return. Rooms large and quiet.

Great Hotel

Pros: The amenities were great.
Cons: N/A
Location: Close to airport,hotel provides a shuttle to take you to airport. There's a train stop down the street about a half mile. Ruby Tuesday restaurant.
Hampton Inn Airport did extremely excellent job with the remodeling. Hotel staff was knowable when I asked questions about places to visit and eat while in Philadelphia. Close to airport,and the hot breakfast was great too.

Airport Hotel

The lamp between the beds was broken. Had to go to the front desk THREE times to get a new one that worked. Towels too small and thin. Had to go to the front desk for a bath mat. Tub drain did not work. Sink drain was slow. Very large stain on the carpet outside the elevator on the 4th floor.

Traveling back to LA.

Room was remodeled. Surprised that the drapes don't close all the way. Quiet and comfortable.

Nice hotel with friendly staff

Cons: Pressure of the water in the shower.
Very clean and comfortable. The beds gave a really good night sleep. If I had to say one not so good thing about the hotel, it would be the pressure of the water in the shower could be stronger; otherwise andexcellent hotel and a great place to have stayed.

Very nice property

My only complaints are that the bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan and the air conditioner in the room was a little loud. The staff was friendly , my son used the pool, that was nice, breakfast was included, good coffee, bed was very comfy!!

great room close to Wells Fargo center

Pros: everything!
got a really good price booking ahead for a concert, staff were very helpful, booked a taxi for us to go to the concert, everything was clean and comfortable, walked to Ruby Tuesdays for supper which was right beside the hotel, the free hot breakfast was really good, the best I've had for a complimentary hotel breakfast, would definitely stay here again
