Staff was not friendly. Bagged breakfast because of virus and morning staff person said only one bag per room. There were 4 of us. So who eats? Facility was well planned for a family. Unfortunately kitchen supplies were never replaced ( 2 spoons for 4 people) Cleaning could be better especially with virus.

The property was not clean in the rooms, I physically had to clean upon arrival. I cooked a dinner on the stove they provided for my husband and decorated the room. I checked out at 9am , checkout is at 12. They ran 4 transactions on my debit card saying I had a party (which I didn’t) and it was a $250.00 fee she goes on to say well it’s balloons all over the room, I offered to come back and clean them she told me no because I already gave the key back. (It was way before the presumed checkout time) she was very rude. She told me they don’t pay their staff to clean balloons. But apparently they must not pay them to clean at all.
