Nice hotel, harbor view.

Very nice hotel. Nice view, great location. A little over priced though. No complimentary coffee, no continental breakfast. For the price, it would have been nice.

great location

ideal location with kids. the room was just ok. bathrooms weird - no lock on door, no place to hang towels, no exhaust fan. the drawers on the dresser kept opening on their on (staff came and put velcro on them to keep them shut...). the door keys worked sporadically. a bit annoying. but the locations's great and the views are nice.

Great location in historic Philadelphia

Close to the harbor, active downtown and historic sites. Unfortunately we left just before the new American Revolution museum opened just a block away. But duly noted, we'll likely stay here on our return.

Great view, great location

Pros: Nice pool and workout room and great location.
Cons: Our first night we had a high school group staying above us - should have called the hotel staff to complain.
Location: Must try the City Tavern for dinner!! Ben Franklin museum was great too.
We booked this hotel and lucked out. Great location. Can walk to many of the historic locations in Philly. The staff was great.

Awesome View from my Window!!

I give this Hilton a 5+ on safety. That was a big worry I had when traveling to Philly. The views, and hotel location were perfect. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The bed in my room was very comfortable. The only disappointment was the high cost of room service. Although, the food was great! I will definitely stay here again!

Very great, warm staff

I just came back from Philly and was happy with the location near many restaurants near the city. The staff that really supported and suggested places to go and explore were Antoinette and Jackie behind the bar. Also the front desk staff and guys at the door were very welcoming and nice. I will go back to the hotel as long as staff is still there. Keep up the good work. In order to be in customer service, you have to have a warm, friendly and open personality. Thank you again.
