It was unique in the aspect that the hotel location was in such an upscale area. I was very disappointed in the breakfast that was served. There was no meat on the bar. Just bread pastries and eggs. There was cold cereal served in very small bowls and apples for the fruit. I have stayed in many Holiday Inn but this one had the worst breakfast . I was like a continental breakfast. I was very disappointed.

Overal, this place was ok. The bathrooms were dirty and some of the other rooms appeared to be dirty as well. I also caught a sore throat most likey due to the conditions of the room. The breakfast was pretty good though. The staff was nice

Overall just not worth it. Breakfast was sub par. Each morning items not available. Entire hotel had nasty smell. Rooms space was small. Bathroom small and dirty shower surrounding.

Beds hard, but thats normal for hotels. There was a faint beeping all night. We were unable to find the source. Walls very thin. Would be woken up by doors opening or closing, could hear when people nextdoor were in the bathroom. Trash was being collected early am which also woke us up.

Lesson Learned - Never Again
Problems with front desk and staff. A mistake was made at check-in. Staff made me feel like it was my fault. Had to keep checking if it was fixed and they said it was. Came back to our room after funeral and could not get in our room. Back to the front desk. Said I must not have used my card right. They reprogrammed.

The representative was not pleasant, did not smile or offer me any welcome. I checked in just before midnight so I could sleep and wake early to go to work. My room had no heat and was blowing cold air. I called the front desk and the phone was crappy and had a lot of static. The representative hung up the phone on me. I called back and had to go down after I got settled to get another room. As a result, I didn’t go to sleep until after one o’clock. The new room was much better though. The attitude of the representative was very inconsiderate and I didn’t feel valued to be there. The room should have been checked to make sure everything was working before it was assigned to any client.

Would recommend.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The bathroom is a little tight. The beds & pillows were very comfortable and the room was clean.

This place clean. A little old school but I like it. For instance you get a balcony which newer hotels rarely have. You can walk to the mall it’s right there. Updated where it matters.

A smile goes a long way.
It was a good place to stay, convenient to restaurants. Morning breakfast was satisfactory. The front desk check in person was efficient enough, but it would feel more welcoming if he had actually smiled.
