The representative was not pleasant, did not smile or offer me any welcome. I checked in just before midnight so I could sleep and wake early to go to work. My room had no heat and was blowing cold air. I called the front desk and the phone was crappy and had a lot of static. The representative hung up the phone on me. I called back and had to go down after I got settled to get another room. As a result, I didn’t go to sleep until after one o’clock. The new room was much better though. The attitude of the representative was very inconsiderate and I didn’t feel valued to be there. The room should have been checked to make sure everything was working before it was assigned to any client.
