The check in process was good, opened the door of the room it was very nice, but the bathroom size & Parking brought this hotel down from a 5 to a 3.
Parking is a shared and the staff of the parking garage are not very unfriendly, brought this to the attention of the front desk and their response was that is not their parking lot, which took me by surprise as their answer because they didn't have a problem taking my $54.00 dollars when I checked in for parking. It is 6 floors to this parking garage & they only want you to park on the first 3 floors. The front desk staff informs you when you check in of the options you have, if you would like to park there and leave the car there for the weekend the charge is two dollars less but for in and out privileges you have to pay $27.00 dollars which I was fine with. Fast forward to me going around & around for 30 mins due to the attendants continuing to give me the run around saying that the 3rd - 6th floors were full, because I didn't want to leave my keys with them so they can have access to my car. finally one of them tells the other to let me up to the roof top, i get up there & see that there is about 6 or 7 cars up there & not full @ all (They are rude and very unhelpful.)
The room was very nice, beds comfortable, love the fridge & the microwave it he room, but the bathroom was the size of a pantry, horrible ,the toilet is right next to the bath, you could barely close the door of the bathroom.
The breakfast was awesome
