"Clean" towels in the bathroom had hair on them. The TV screen was stuck on a setting that made the picture much smaller than the TV, yes, we adjusted it as best we could. It was also left on Spanish. The bed was so bouncy your kids would have a blast playing on it. The walls are paper thin, there was a party across the hall and a couple enjoying each other's company we could hear in our room plainly. The party was loud enough to wake my husband up more than once. The breakfast spread is pretty nice however, in the few minutes it took me to get my food the staff reached over my plate twice and continued their personal conversations the entire time we ate breakfast. No one at check out asked me how our stay was. Check in was nice but everything else was severely lacking. Thankfully we were only staying one night, if we'd been booked for more we would have checked out early and found a new hotel.
