Great staff, Nice hotel. Room was located behind the elevator shaft, made for a noisy night.

Nice hotel, staff was excellentPosted Sep 15, 2015
Pros: We were watching the Michigan game and discovered there was no audible sound, desk was notified, maintenance arrived and replaced quickly
Cons: Larger rooms
Location: Highend store across the street. In close proximity to other shopping.
Accommodations were quite nice overall. James, the clerk was very informative, pleasant, and professional. Breakfasts were nice. Accommodations were clean, overall it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend this site to my friends.

Nice hotel close to the Mann CenterPosted Aug 19, 2015
We had a great time in Philly. The hotel was nice and offered a beer/wine social hour in the evening as well as a full breakfast in the morning. We only stayed one night for a show at the Mann Center which was very close by. Just a short can ride away.

Extremely pleasant place to stayPosted Aug 2, 2015
From check in to check out, we felt as though we were visiting family. The staff makes you feel very welcome. The room was kept immaculate. The complimentary breakfast was varied daily and delicious. We look forward to our next stay there.

One night was finePosted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: Parking price, room price, free breakfast, close to the bus and St. Joseph University. Staff extremely friendly.
Cons: Bathroom cleaning
Location: Close to chain restaurants. Could use public transportation and not your car to get into the City of Philadelphia.
Reservations messed up. Booked 1 room-2 king beds. Not available when we arrived. Split us up into 2 rooms with king beds in each. Kids were across the hall from us. Both teenagers. Wanted us in 1 room. Bathroom clean, but not as clean as I would like. When toilet lid down, it was dirty on the back part of the seat. Something fell out of a clean towel when I went to use it. Something on floor too in bathroom. Sheets smelled of perfume, not mine. Did get 2 rooms for the price of one.

No problemsPosted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: Clean, comfortable and friendly.
Cons: Another bath towel when more than two adults are using the room.
It was just a one night stay but it worked out fine. The staff was great, especially Toni on the front desk.

Frontline Staff was on pointPosted Jun 2, 2015 on Hotels
Came for the Roots Picnic. I didn't realize how far out I was from the venue. But not to worry because the front desk was very helpful in securing me a cab to the Pier at Penn's Landing. ($25) I arrived back very late and the night front desk staff made sure I didn't starve to death by offering me a take our menu at a local wing spot! Check out was easy and when I sqw I was charged $5 for parking, which I never used the morning staff swiftly took it off.
