The items in the room are old (ie torn and dirty couch & carpet) but the customer service is great!

The lobby and common spaces were nice enough. The king suite with kitchen we were in had a funky smell, not terrible but noticeable. The bathroom was very basic as far as the shower goes and the water pressure was terrible. We were there for a tournament so did not have a lot of time in our room so it worked out fine. We would stay here again.

Room was better than i had expected. Check-in services was amazing as my guest arrived before i did and they called to verify he was one of the people i had listed as a guest. Super clean and safe environment. Will probably book here again next year

I liked the gym (very clean and adequate). I did not like that they had started shutdown of breakfast before 9am (weekday) and they were working on the fire alarm systems which kept going off which is disruptive if one is on teleconferences.

there was rats running around, then they admitted to having a rat problem. moved me to another room where there’s no electricity. The pool is closed broken.

Very nice sitting room with a fireplace and flat screen tv in the lobby area. Breakfast in the morning Clean rooms. Very nice front desk clerks. This was not my first stay at this property and will not be my last. Thank you for a great stay.

The room was a little run down. But the staff were all extremely pleasant and the best part of the trip. The room was sufficient for our needs and we’re appreciative but not sure I’d stay here again.

We were woken up at 6:00am by the fire alarm blasting. I called the front desk and was told there was no emergency, so we laid back down for a little while. We went down to breakfast at 8:00 and there was nothing out except for bread and coffee. Very sad for a breakfast, we ended up having to eat at a local restaurant.

like staying in my own apartment
super convenient location and with the suite with full fridge, stove and microwave it allowed me to save money on dining out. This place is like being in a mini apartment as a temporary home!
