Perfect location for the airport.

Everything was lovely. My only suggestion is that you put the name of the hotel on the side of your airport shuttle. I waited over an hour because I didn't see the little sign inside the front window in the dark, and the driver came by twice without my know it. I finally called the hotel and they told me they would send him again. All the other hotel shuttle buses have the name on the side, so that's what I was looking for.

For the price I paid, it was well worth it, the night we stayed was a relaxing evening and was perfected with the LaQuinta being close to the philly diner and the wendys and a mall about a 10 minute drive away. We are throughly pleased. Thank You.

Breakfast area was dirty and no one around to clean up tables or to refill empty food trays Also no one at front desk when I checked out and no bell to call for anyone ( person in the back office eating) Van driver very helpful and attentive

Total example of unprofessionalism. No handicaps!

I chose this hotel because handicapped relatives chose it to attend funeral in Philadelphia. Clerk indicated they do not have any handicap rooms! Gave my uncle a chair for the shower. That's it! Isn't that illegal? No hot water in room next morning. Clerk told me that maintenance had been called and that's all she could do. Later found out water main broke. Clerk didn't even have a clue! Came back after funeral. Asked new clerk that was checking in new reservee. She didn't even know of water main break at all! No clue.

Pleasantly surprised

Pros: Friendly staff. Nice bed. Quiet.
Cons: Cleaning - halls, lobby
Location: Great hotel the night before catching an early flight. Diner next door was slow and quality bad. Don't go there. Denny's a block away is better.
Staff was pleasant and professional. Definitely a plus. Shuttle service was prompt. Room was nice, bed comfortable. We were a little concerned at first because the halls were dirty and worn - definitely need updating and attention. But once inside the room it was fine. Probably a case of high traffic and cleaning staff who aren't told to vacuum the halls.

Overnight near airport

Pros: Close to airport. Free parking. Comfortable beds.
Cons: Bathroom is a bit odd. Toilet paper roll is in an awkward location. Very tiny shelf in shower but a very large shower.
We stayed here as it was close to the airport and we were flying out the next morning. Check I was fast. I don't remember the ladies name that checked us in but she was amazing! It was busy for 8 in the evening, lots of people checking in. She was checking people in, answering the phone (which kept ringing) and was still friendly. Talk about multitasking and she did it exceptionally well. You can tell the hotel has been renovated. It was clean, comfy beds which we have come to expect from La Quinta's. We also found it very quiet and we were on the main floor which I usually don't like due to traffic and parking lot noise. Quick and easy to get to airport/rental car Place the next day. Would stay here again if flying out of Philadelphia airport.

Mold smell in bathroom

Cons: Maybe pay more attention to overall room cleanliness
The bathroom smelled of mold. Too tired to complain after long flight & late hour.
