Thank you for your review. We encourage our guests to purchase the room type they are interested in, rather than requesting an upgrade. The jacuzzi tubs are very popular and if you do not see them listed for sale it is likely because they are not available.

We stayed on early July 2020 when services were still limited due to COVID. The service was great. The room was clean. Excellent location with many nice places to eat or order from.

Mixed Experience: Great Location, Friendly Staff, but Room Needs AttentionReview: My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. Let's start with the positives - the location couldn't be better, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. However, I was a bit disappointed with the condition of the room.The room felt a little outdated for the price I paid, and the carpet definitely needed a thorough cleaning. Additionally, the tub was not up to standard cleanliness, which was off-putting. While the positives of the location and staff made my stay pleasant overall, attention to detail in maintaining the rooms would greatly improve the guest experience.

Booked an upgraded City View with Jetted Tub. The tub was dirty and full of dried flower pieces. When asked to have housekeeping come clean, I was told they were gone for the evening. No other rooms available. The bed is extremely uncomfortable for a hotel of this caliber I’d expect a much better bed.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it was St. Patrick's Day weekend and the number drunk people on the streets kept us from enjoying the surrounds.

I visit Philly about twice a year and always stay at this hotel now since the service is unmatched, the hotel is beautiful and clean and the location is super safe and walkable and only 20 min walk from the train station.

Bathroom was about two feet from bed and had a sliding barn style door that didn’t allow for much privacy. Thin sheet cover on bed. I prefer a substantial comforter. No robes like they have in most Kimptons. But service was good and lobby is cozy.

The Palomar Hotel has been my hotel for many years whenever I am in Philadelphia for work or vacation. The professional and prompt staff deserves a big shoutout for promptly taking care of checking in and out and the few extra amenities I wanted in my room. Despite the fire alarm one day of my stay at 3am (for which Mark Ingram, the manager, promptly apologized for), the Palomar is my favorite hotel for its staff, accessibility, cleanliness, ambiance, and excellent management. I am very glad that the elevators are working faster now too! Thank you, Mark Ingram (manager), and staff!!!

This hotel was a good choice, it was clean, the staff was friendly but the valet parking is not the best. I parked her before and my seat was all the down, I was missing a 1/4 of aa tank of gas the the valet guys we rude and talking on their phones instead of getting my car. We order room service, which was cold and served on cheap paper plates. The room did not have utensils and it took forever to get them. I would choose this place again, hopefully they will fix the issues and possibly hire a new valet company
