Overall my experience was fine, however I want to check out late and ask the front desk and was deny. I don't understand then what is the purpose of being a member and I couldn't check out later - It would of been great if I could check out late especially since I had a 2hour drive and was traveling with my child

The location was great Being next door to the reading market was the best. I’ve stayed at Marriott hotels a lot over the years and they never let me down.

Aside from the convenient location, there was nothing impressive about this hotel. Dirty bathroom, cold breakfast, and unattentive staff. Very overpriced for what it is. It’s a 2-3 star hotel at best charging a 5 star rate because of the convenient location.

Excellent choice, $66 per day extra for your car. Used an app for parking across the street. 1/2 block. Took public transportation walked to Reading Terminal Market for breakfast, saw a concert at Wells Fargo Arena 6 stops away! Perfect overnight!

Property was very nice on the inside. *Pros: Duckpin Bowling, Bar, convenience store, valet, etc. *CONS because we were in a busy city there were homeless people hanging in front of hotel, we were on the 20th floor and the windows were dirty on the outside. Other than that it was a pleasant visit.

Check in went smoothly and unfortunately I forgot the name of the desk receptionist who assisted us at checkin. She was pleasant, professional, friendly and helpful!!! All the valet personnel were polite and respectful as well. Will definitely recommend your facility.

The shower had no water pressure and no hot water. the pool was kinda dirty and cold. The room itself was clean and we felt safe there. The staff was very nice.

1. Booked 2 queen room, was told none available at check in and because I prepaid I didn't get my money back. Was offered $100 resort credit which was very difficult to use because despite asking "Can I use it at Starbucks?" the employee neglected to tell me the Starbucks was no longer on property. 2. Requested a late check out. Was told best that could be done was to pay $50 to check out at 1PM. My Marriott Bonvoy number was not attached to my reservation despite providing it and then after arguing and asking for a manager, did receive complimentary check out at 3pm. 3. Went to leave our room at 7:30am and there was a dog freely roaming the hallway which entered my room twice. Took over an hour to get someone up to find the owner and get the dog out of the hallway. 4. Lobby restaurant - food took forever, was incorrect. This was corrected by a very nice manager. Overall, all of the issues were corrected but there were SO MANY ISSUES that it made the stay unsatisfactory even with the corrections being made. I don't like complaining and it should not have taken that to get the issues corrected.

The pool, which was a key factor for my stay with my son, is in need of a major renovation. The columns around the pool have paint chips flaking off the columns, surely are falling into the pool. The pool temperature was off terribly, it was in the upper 60 degree range. Staff was overwhelmed by competitions happening in the area, doing their best. The restaurant had one server for the evening on a Saturday night.
