We arrived at 1:30, after being held up in traffic and dad stuck under the awning until 3 am while waiting for a valet who told me after an hour and a half that there was no parking, so I had to drive across the street and park in a public parking garage and walk back by myself, a single woman, at 3:30 in the morning. I then had to walk back through a neighbourhood I did not know.

We received an email stating check in was at 3pm, however when we arrived at hotel at 3:30 we were told room wasn’t ready and that check in is at 4pm. We had adjusted our arrival time to arrive after checkin.
