Nice hotel good location

Pros: The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. It is a bit dated but still elegant and very clean. Room have plenty of space.
Cons: Better menu in restaurant.
Location: Hotel is near major intersections with plenty of shopping and restaurants a short drive in any direction. Casino is just down the street.
Hotel is near several busy streets and intersections but is far enough back that entering and leaving is easy. Rush hour in the area is surprisingly heavy for the location.

Pros: Clean, nice bathroom, lots of pillows, ac system effective, check-in staff very pleasant
Location: Andy's Diner next door is not the greatest. Jim's Philly Soft Pretzel factory around the corner is the best.
Generally, this is a good hotel. I list the following comments because I felt that services were starting to slip. The carpet cleaning powder or detergent smell is horrendous - it stayed in my luggage, clothes, and coats for a long time. The cleaning staff had not shown up til after 6pm on the send night of my stay. Lots of noise over the weekend with doors slamming at 4 in the morning and people running up and down the hall upstairs that could be heard.

Nothing fancy

Pros: Inexpensive. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Cons: The interior could be freshened up with a paint job, new carpets, etc.
Location: Not anything in walking distance. Close to Parx Casino if that's your thing. Far from points of interest in Philly.
This hotel is fine if you need a cheap place to stay in Northeast Philly. It's not in a great area- in the middle of a nest of highways on a major strip with nothing within easy walking distance. It's a long way from the center of Philadelphia. My room had a bit of a musty smell and was fairly hot. Keeping it a reasonable temperature meant opening a window or turning down the thermostat which caused the noisy air conditioner to run non stop. In November. I needed to print out some files and directions and to scan a couple of documents. The "business center" computers were painfully slow and the scanner didn't work.

Location: Family and friends prior to Thanksgiving
Was disappointed that the room was not cleaned. We had to call to have it done at 8pm at night. We had to tell the front desk to not forget to do the room .

great hotels, convenient to many attractions

Pros: Location, comfort, friendly staff
Cons: nothing
Location: near great restaurants, close to main roads so you can easily go to New Hope and Doylestown, close to Steve's Prince of Steak's!
I've stayed at the Radisson before and I keep coming back. The location is convenient to all of the main roads you want to be on, the rooms are comfy and clean, its near a Wawa and the staff is very friendly.

Nice staff, unclean room

Location: Near major highways, restaurants, and shopping.
I checked in on Saturday night and the concierge informed me that they did not have any King bed rooms left and were going to put me in a room with two doubles. After a little back and forth, he managed to find something accommodating and I was satisfied...until I more closely examined the room. It does not appear that the cleaning staff would vacuum or clean in between the bed and the nightstands as there was a significant amount of hair, crumbs, and other things you do not expect to find in your hotel room. The bathroom definitely had not been mopped or vacuumed recently. Also the walls of the shower were pretty gross. I informed the staff upon check out that they needed to follow-up after the maid service came through to ensure it was properly completed. They offered a complimentary breakfast, but I declined as I had to get on the road.
