Great Philly comfort

Super stay for our family to attend mom's funeral in Trevose. Conviently located just off the Roosevelt Blvd with easy access. Hotel art all about the city of Philadelphia including a spectacular print in the court yard. Breakfast missing a few menu items and limited choices but good enough to get your day started.

Terrible hotel! Staff could care less about guests

Pros: heat lamp in bathroom
Cons: Overall everything!! Monitor who is a guest and who's not to prevent overcrowding at pool and bathrooms! I stay at many hotels and they seem to manage
Location: Close to shopping
The hotel rooms smell like smoke.! A no smoking policy is not enforced! So if you smoke this is the place for you, they never impose a fee for violating rule! The towels are like sandpaper, so make sure you bring your own! Hallway and elevator floors are always dirty! Makes you think what does the kitchen look like? The pool is so dirty. Many children with heavy diapers! ILK! I spoke to many people in the pool that were not even staying at the hotel, a friend of a friend, of a friend had a room. On Friday and Saturday nite the hotel lobby's bathroom was always packed with non-guests changing from their street clothes to swim wear! The pool is so crowded people jumping on to of one another! I witnessed several children crying because someone landed on them! The pool clearly exceeds the occupancy limit! If the township saw this they would be hit with a huge fine!! I developed a red rash from the pool, they never clean it! My company booked the hotel, otherwise I would have moved to a different hotel! Don't waste your time telling the front desk they do nothing but say I'm so sorry! Spend the extra $10 $15 dollars and go to a hotel that cares about their guests and frowns on non paying guests using and abusing the facility!!

Hotel was good but I had worst Exp of my life

Hi I booked a room for one day. My check out time was 12 noon. At 9, we went out and came back at 10.40. We left our stuff and lunch in the room. We have not checked out and door card was with us. When we came back I was shocked to see that someone has cleaned the room,,,,, not only clean the room but they through all of our stuff in the garbage. I called the hotel staff and manager name Karlos. He was also upset and said its done by mistake. He called the cleaning lady and she brought some of garbage from bin. I found some clothes and food which was useless for us. We are missing two suites, a pair of my wife sandal, a perfume and most imp is cell phone of my daughter. I gave my complain in writing. We came back to Canada on same day. I dono what to do and how to proceed. Pls guide me Thankx

Old and outdated

Hotel needs a renovation desperately. Hotel is old and outdated but on the positive, my room was clean.

Front desk

Front desk Michelle at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal. She was always smiling she was very caring she wanted to make sure everything was taken care of. I even went down close to midnight and use the gym and when I went over to the front desk to add a name to my room for my wife that will come up she was handling a lost bag issue or something with another customer that she was handling very very well.

Room was so could ,I pay for king size they give me double bed ,they are so unfriendly there I was surprice,they rule my Philadelphia vocation,I will never go back there

Good hotel close to commercial buildings

Pros: Got a great rate for the rooms which was excellent. Hot coffee in the lobby was a nice touch.
Cons: The property could use some updates.
Friendly staff was very helpful in assisting me in locating a lost wallet. Location was ideal for business at the nearby commercial building complex.
