Very unhelpful manager.

When I checked into the hotel, the women at the front desk was very helpful and nice. I asked her if I could pay with a different card than the one I initially used to hold the room and she said yes, of course. She swiped the new card and I signed the receipt. The hotel was nice and clean, close to everything and there is a parking garage right across the street. We check out no problem. 3 days later there was a charge on the card I had asked her NOT to charge. I called the hotel at which time the woman who answered told me to call back tomorrow because she couldn't help me. So I called the next day and the gentlemen I spoke to said that I would have had to talk to Expedia to change the card. I told him the woman that checked me in said changing the card was fine and said nothing of the sort. He then in return said he would talk to her, that there was nothing else he could do and that I shouldn't book through Expedia anymore. Thanks a lot guy...
