Great center city location

Pros: Location
Cons: The hallways - such a contrast to the actual guest room
Location: Great city center location and able to walk to all the sites, theaters etc
Right in center city within easy walking distance of everything. Although the rooms were not large, they were very well appointed and exactly as shown on the website. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Middle of city, close to attractions.

My stay was short, but the hotel staff was very accommodating to my friends and me. I would stay here again. Only issues, I wish check our time wasn't so early.

Not worth the cheap rate

When we checked in we were told our reservation was canceled because we didn't pay ahead of time. When I booked the reservation it was booked as a pay at hotel option. The person who checked us in tried his best to help but said he couldn't do much on the price because someone higher would need to help in the morning. The next morning we spoke with Brian who was very rude did not help us out at all. He did not honor our rate we booked and pretty much said Expedia reservations are not held. And not to mention he stated Expedia is not a real company and they just steal your identity. I have been using Expedia for years and have never had an issue. We ended up paying about $40 more then what we reserved. Overal the hotel is nice and remodeled. Rooms were clean. I will not be staying here again though due to the lack for professionalism and customer service.

Made in America

We stayed here for Made in America. We were able to walk to the Parkway. We were also in walking distance of the liberty bell and all of the constitution based attractions. There were also plenty of bars, restaurants, and clubs in walking distance. Don't let the Rodeway Inn name scare you off. They are more like a boutique hotel than the shady motel on the side of the rural highway. We will be staying here every time we visit Philly

Don't stay at Rodeway!!!!

The manager Brian was extremely rude and condisending, my plans changed and after one night I asked to bump the remainder my reservations to the next week, he lied about policy he scolded me for using hotels.com. He had me in tears he was so rude. We finally resolved the problem when my husband dealt with him. Also the hotel it self was lacking, the walls were very thin you heard talking and noise all night, the bed was uncomfortable, and the whole place was cramped and worn.

We stayed from 11th August'16 to 12 th August16. Although weq preponed our stay hotel charged additional same amount. Actually we paid double. if you can give creit bank on my card, it will show your customer commitement

Never stayed there because Hotel.com set the booking date 2 days later and when I got there they had no reservation and were actually booked for the night, so it was only a money dump thanks
