Very disappointing
The ad states that they sanitize, as well as posters in the office, but the bathroom was filthy. The main room was not much better. The air conditioner was missing buttons. I knew that this would be a bare bones rental, but was not prepared for how run down and dirty it was.

I've stayed here a couple times of the past 2 weeks. The nightly price is good, but each room I've been in, had bug issues. 1st I saw a crayfish on the bathroom sink and the shower had someones hair in it, so it looked like the room wasn't properly cleaned before visitors came, had been moved to another room and it wasn't bad until I seen a spider as soon as I walked in the bathroom and it didnt look like a common spider you'd come across in the house. My next stay, I came across 3 spiders throughout the day, all in the bathroom. All these rooms seemed like they weren't cleaned well and there was not only stains on the blankets on the beds, but the last room had stains on the mattress itself ( I check for bed bugs ).

I believe for the price we pay, it was not worthy. towels very small and too old. I have styed in places like that before and paid about half the price. I do not blame it and i hope the owner does not take it personal, but it was not worthy the price.

A family owned and run motel. It is a very old property that they are obviously working on themselves. However, the beds are clean, the heat, ac and hot water all wirk. It is a bed for the night.

My only critique would be house keeping. This is an older building and a simple road side motel, not a problem. The towels and bedsheets were clean and I saw NO bugs. There was debris on the floor especially around the chair and something sticky on the headboard. Otherwise a pleasant stay .

Parkin is great. Bed comfy. AC worked great. A lil hair along the edges of the tub but everything else was great. Easy location off hwy. Would recommend. Yes its a lil old but its nice for over night. Will stay again

This is a basic, minimal hole-in-the-wall motel. Nothing terribly wrong but it's tiny, the area isn't great, and there are few amenities.

Check in was very easy and fast. We wanted a handicap room but one was not available and they still tried to offer us the best they had and even offered to help my friend get into the room. We were only there for 1 day and they were available for any request we had, even the random request for a deck of cards. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice that it was a bit away from the road for quiet and privacy. We will definitely be staying here again.

Was given a room that house keeping just started cleaning sobhad to wait till she was done which after a long drive that was the last thing I wanted to do. Bed sheets were dirty and stained and found cookies in the bed also. For the amount of money spent for the one night inwould expect a lot better. Bed felt like it was 10 years or older and the pillows provided I wouldnt even call them pillows.

Rooms were pretty well maintained. You have smoking and non smoking rooms. I don’t smoke and room didn’t smell like smoke,but when I got a shower towel smelled like smoke need to wash separate.

I had the worst experience ever with this hotel. The room was nothing like the picture, everything was dirty including the bathroom’s tub. Pillow cases and bed sheets had hair everywhere and also holes on it, towels seems they were not change after the previous guests, in conclusion it was a terrible experience and not recommending this hotel to anyone it’s the main reason of this review...
