Nice hotel

Great hotel. We went during an big event so the elevators were a hassle to use, I had to walk 20 flights to get too my room. Other than that, everything was perfectly fine.

Sheraton in Center City Philly

Cons: Clarity and focus.
We booked a king size room. After checking in we went to our room and it was a double room and it reeked of cigarette smoke. We immediately closed the door and went right back to check-in. The room was changed correctly to a king room (without the reek). Trying to find ice was a journey. After a few minute walk up and down the hallways, and almost upon giving up the search for an ice machine, a guy in a room near ours popped out of his room with his ice bucket and said "Yeah, we have to go down to the 4th floor for ice (we were on the 14th floor), even though (nearly) every floor had a sign with an arrow pointing to an ice machine in the respective floor's hallway. The rooms were ok, in a "turn-back-the-clock" rotary phone way. A few spots around the floor and in the bathroom, at first glance we thought were dirty. Upon looking more closely they were just black spots, paint chipped away, old stains, etc. After dinner we headed back to the hotel bar for one more drink and to watch the end of the playoff games. A sign and menus at the bar boldly proclaimed "wine by the glass $6". Two malbecs later the bill was given with a charge of $15 for each glass. Never was one word mentioned that a bait and switch was about to occur (or had occurred). Morally reprehensible. Overall...a horrible taste in my mouth....Wholly undeserving of a 3 and a half star rating

When I need to get away this is where I go. Room services is excellent, staff is amazing and hotel is just beautiful. Prices are reasonable and now I have joined there points program. Love this place only place I stay in the city.

It was centrally located, staff was nice, and parking was cheap. The room did have a bit of an odor.

Nice lobby very friendly staff all shifts but pool area was too cold...and i dont like that its only breakfast at a cost where most hotels has free breakfast certain hours also its a parking lot across street which is $5 on weekends...

Nice hotel close to everything
