Rude and bad maintenance!Posted Nov 24, 2015
The staff was extremely rude besides the front desk. In the room, the sink leaked and the heater was extremely loud. The heater was so loud it shook the room. Also, the person I was with sliced there foot in the jacuzzi. I would never stay at this hotel again. I can't believe I spent that amount of money to be treated like a second class citizen.

Hotel good for business trip not leisurePosted Oct 26, 2015
Pros: Rooms clean.
Cons: Pool should remain open past 9pm for kids.
Location: Location was industrial city of Philadelphia 15 minutes away.
Back room quiet front room very noisy! The hotel has a hollow center and a bar on the first floor. The sounds of the people talking...laughing go all the way up and persons sleeping in front room will hear lots of noise and not be able to get a good nights rest.

Hotel rooms need to be renovated!Posted Oct 26, 2015
The staff was very pleasant. The lobby was nice. However, the rooms were a bit old and outdated.

What the heck happened!!Posted Oct 19, 2015
I had the displeasure of staying at the Sheraton Suites this past weekend. When I checked in, everyone was welcoming. I arrived to my room only to find that the suite was not only undesirable (lights didn't work, and the room wreaked of marijuana) but also not the suite that I booked. I was kindly moved to another suite. Which still wasn't what I booked, but I settled secondary to being tired from my travels. After sitting on the sofa, I looked to my right and noticed that the recliner was saturated with big white stains! I had to take pictures because my friends on the phone couldn't believe what I was describing. I needed extra blankets but neither of the phones worked to call down to housekeeping so I walked down to the lobby. Tiring from waiting in line, I decided to take a look to see how crowded the hot tub was...only to see a huge dirt sud in the center. I pull out my cell phone to take a picture because like I said... My friends couldn't believe it. As I was taking a picture, the "pool guy" walks in and says " I was about to clean that". Wow!! So I make my way back to the front desk only to be followed by him ( I guess he was making sure that I wasn't going to complain about what I had seen). I made my request and made my way back to the room. Upon going to take a shower, I noticed that it was locker room shower style and not a bath tub which forced me to wear shower shoes. Easy fix, except when I turned the shower on, the drain was stopped up and so was the sink!! I

Nice hotel close to the cityPosted Oct 12, 2015
We had a good experience at the hotel. Only a few things that we didn't like. 1. There was no toaster or microwave in the room when you pay that price for a room I would assume it would have them. 2. You have to pay 12.99 for a breakfast there was no complimentary breakfast. 3. The room service price was ridiculous. We were given one total over the phone than given a total of $25 more when it arrived at the door.

Convenient and cleanPosted Oct 4, 2015
Pros: The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff....from front desk to housekeeping to waitresses.
Cons: The cushions in the sitting area of the room.
Location: Convenient to airport but I wasn't able to sightsee due to the Pope's visit.
I arrived for a visit with my friend only to find out the Pope was in town. My sightseeing of the city was cancelled so I spent most my time at the hotel. The room was nice and conducive to having a guest visit me. The couch cushions need to be replaced as the vinyl is cracked but no other negatives about the room. It was exceptionally clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I wanted a downtown hotel room but none were available. I would have no problem staying here again but longer than a weekend. It was so easy to get to the airport. Thanks for a pleasant visit.
