Over priced for services

The floors/carpets were filthy. There was noticeable dust/dirt around carpeting in room. Only two outlets to use and one didn't work. Had to pay for room internet...even Red Roof Inn's provide free room WiFi...it is 2016 get with the program. And, the WiFi didn't always work. No microwaves...and a frige that barely kept anything cool. Front desk was a bit uppity. Really...you work at a front desk of a hotel. For a 5 star hotel I have had much better experiences at a 3 star Days Inn and got a microwave, cleaner and had free WiFi. I will never stay at a 5 star Sheraton again. Definitely not worth the extra money.
