This was my second stay at this hotel. The first time they had an issue with power and rooms had no power and I was relocated to a nearby hotel. Now my AC in the room did not work and was running at 84 degrees, and even though I was moved to another room, there was not hot water for a shower in the morning. The staff was friendly overall and tried to help but overall the facilities appear to be not well maintained.

Checked in online, and it said I just need to stop by the desk to grab my keys. When we arrived at 11pm, we were at the desk for almost 15 minutes doing a check in process. I’ll also add that we weren’t greeted by anyone, I saw the staff member sitting in the back and I had to get her attention before she even came out. The room was fine, headboards are very dated and need to be replaced. Room was not very clean, found a hair-tie in my bed, sink would spray water if not turned on all the way, and were only given two large towels for a room that slept four. Folks in the room next to us were cackling until 1am. I know that’s not the hotels fault; but it added a level of annoyance. Considering we were only there for a night, it did what it needed. But I was not impressed and would not return to this property in the future.

Not what I expected.
Best shower pressure. Pool closed for maintenance which is the only reason we came. Have to pay for WiFi and breakfast not included. Also. Side door never locked! We stayed on ballroom floor that had its own entrance that was wide open all night. Anyone could have come in there! Not safe feeling. Decorated nicely.

I really like how friendly your staff is. Well, I love kids, but there seemed to be a lot of elementary kids on Friday night yelling, playing and screaming near the 4 th floor elevator area. No parent supervision. This is not the caught of the hotel.

Every single staff member was excellent! From the attendants, to the front desk and the bar. Multiple people spoke about their long tenure with Sheraton and about how they enjoyed working there. The room was awesome to boot!

This hotel stay was so disappointing. The room we reserved w 2 queen beds was not available so they gave us a king bed and squeezed a rollaway cot against the chairs. My 5’10” son barely fit in the bed. The shower alternated between scalding hot and freezing every couple of minutes. The breakfast we ordered took forever to arrive even though there were only 2 other tables seated. Terribly disappointing.

Check in was easy. Friendly and professional desk staff. Room did not have safe or coffee pot, desk notified upon arrival. Neither provided. Wifi is not free. Also very thin walls. Could hear neighbors conversations, bring air pods or ear plugs.

Shower didn’t have a door so the water would just spray on the floor. The ac panel fell off the wall and the phone didn’t work. The staff was excellent tho but prolly wouldn’t ever stay here again

Good quiet stay. …but a bit pricey
Check in was early, quick, efficient. There is a super nice gentleman who greeted us and told us all about the area. Room was spacious and pretty clean. I saw an old used paper cup left under desk. Room a/c did not initially work. But maintenance came quickly and fixed it. Tub drain was slow - we told reception at check out. Bed was comfy. Overall good quiet stay.
