The hotel is in an excellent location if visiting Temple. It's located on campus! The room and common areas were clean and tidy. The staff was very professional and kind. Parking is convenient but you have to pay, either for a nearby garage or the hotel. The cost to park on the hotel lot was $20. Downside: the hotel needs updating, especially the bathrooms.

Stayed for a concert at the theater around the corner. It was extremely convenient to be that close. The room was fine with a view of the campus. Places to eat and a convenience store nearby made up for no ice available that night.

Location was inconvenient for getting Lyft and Uber rides. Carpets were dirty. Mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. Front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

My son and I stayed here when we saw Metallica at Lincoln Financial. A couple blocks walk to metro, excellent pizza joint nearby. The hotel itself was clean and snug. Definitely a good quiet place to stay.

The staff was excellent. Mia was at the front desk when we checked in - friendly and very knowledgeable about the Temple campus. She was very helpful in arranging an extra bed in the room, going out of her way to confirm when it was convenient to us for her to be in the room and setting up the bed by herself. The only reason for less than 5 stars is that the queen bed was extremely soft, so soft that management should consider replacing the mattress.

Really quaint hotel. The rooms are a bit dated but charming! Front staff was super nice and helpful. Parking lot is narrow and a bit hard to find at first. Very convenient to anyone with children attending Temple University. We enjoyed our stay there.

Excellent hotel. The room was perfect. Loved the availability of tea and coffee both in our room and in the lobby. Would return here and would recommend to others. If you have a Temple music student having a concert it is perfectly located for that.
