Great location, just minutes from center city

Pros: Room and location
Cons: Would put a sign to locate the restaurant from the lobby easier or make sure to tell quests
Location: We went to Wells Fargo, so nothing nearby
Great location, just minutes from center city. We stayed to go to the Adele concert at Wells Fargo Conference center and Uber and subway both great options. Also, not as crowded as being in the center of the city, but close enough for a quick taxi/uber/lyft, etc. Nice hotel, room was very well appointed.

Good hotel to stay at near UPenn

Cons: Expensive during high season
Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Although a small hotel, interior of rooms are still of high quality.

Only benefit is closer to campus. Room bed is small, front desk is not very friendly.

Staff made me feel like a VIP. They cared about my experience and really want me to enjoy my stay. This wasn't a result of any issues. It was just great customer service.

Beautiful rooms - great amenities

Due to travel delays, we arrived at the hotel at midnight only to find out they had overbooked and given our room away for our first night. I was handed cash for a cab and sent back to the airport 20 mins away to another hotel. Not a great experience. However hotel is beautiful, once I got to check in the next evening, staff was great and room amenities above expectations. I will stay there again but will call to check in if I'm running late.
