horrible experience for wedding group

Pros: not much. the room and bed was ok
Cons: better customer service and front desk. should have management at front desks. especially when you have a line of angry wedding guests
Location: casino was ok
they screwed up a number of reservations for a wedding and they then took their good old time trying to fix a seemingly simple problem to fix. people even missed the wedding ceremony because they didnt have their room to change in! unacceptable! the grooms room was screwed up and then ended up getting the run of the mill room. at least they put chocolate covered strawberries on their bed for after the reception.

Room, facilities, comfort was great. Your staff is terrible. Valet is never at the desk. When they are, it takes almost 20 minutes to get the car, even at 6 am when I was the only guest at valet. My room key was broken every day and one day the staff checked me out of the hotel and my casino access card just stopped workingm. They made me prove I was still a guest to restomre my card and room key. We had two rooms, one guest wasn't coming in until the second day. I explained this at check in and asked to check in the room and pay for it so he wouldn't be set as a no-show. The associate guaranteed me this wouldn't happen but they couldn't check him in until he arrived. Next day we arrived with the second guest for second room, they he no showed him and given away his room. 20 minutes later after our travel companion had been deleted in airports nd arrived fifteen hours later than he scheduled, he was finally checked in, only to be given broken room keys. When asking for a taxi service to get to the airport, the gentleman behind the desk didn't even want to write down a phone number for us let lone actually help. We were told simply, "you're on your own". Comfortable accommodations and clean rooms can never make up for inattentive service, disgruntled and inhospitable staff. I will not be returning.

Disappointed

I use Expedia to travel several times a year. Most of the time, I am happy with the hotel pick. At this hotel, the air conditioner didn't work until the next day, when it kicked on with the timer. The showers did not have a safty bar. It's slippery with soap and nothing for you to grab on to if you slip. The hotel staff wasn't Pleasant. We stayed at this hotel since it was close to the Philadelphia Expo. The shuttle driver was rude and late. I would not recommend.

Right in the casino

Nice big room, comfortable bed, nice shower, good price, minimal noise from outside room. My only complaint is that it had an old individual heat pump with no room thermostat. This type is noisy, cycles on and off, and requires finicking to get the temp right.

Nice Hotel in the casino

Pros: I like dthe bath and body works "stress relief" complimentary wash and lotion. The room was spacious and clean! I can't wait to return!
Cons: I don't remember seeing any carts or anything/anyone to help with bags.However, I also didn't ask either.
Location: King of Prussia; therefore, EVERYTHING was in the area.
I really enjoyed my stay. I had one problem of which I didn't voice. The room I ordered online wasn't the room I received once I got to the room. I asked for a king room, but yet they gave me a double. Luckily my guests didn't come, or else there wouldn't have been enough space on the bed.

Went for the Artie Lange comedy show and stayed at the hotel. Room was recently renovated and it was awesome. I would definitely stay again.

i like staying at this hotel. Great for stopping for the night heading downstairs to the casino having dinner and a cocktail after a long drive.
