Trouble in night!

Posted Feb 14, 2018
Hotel lost reservation! Had to call expedia! Room was ready so needed linens and pillows which I had to get from desk! Then at 2am two fire trucks show up! One being the ladder truck! Firemen go in lobby back and forth to truck bringing stuff like long bars! They were there over 1/2 he! All this time no smoke or alarms on the 3rd floor! Never heard what happened! So didn't get must sleep before 6am flight! Besides ther were doing remodeling! Was quite experience! As i had grandkids!

Christine, thanks for sharing your experience. We are happy to read you liked the service offered by our staff and that you had an overall nice stay. However, we are sorry for the issues you experienced and regret the inconvenience caused. Please note, to ensure cleanliness of kitchenware upon check-in, brand standards require us to make these items available at the front desk rather than leaving them in the suites. We value your observation and have taken a note of it. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you soon. Sincerely, Hotel Management

The hotel was very close to the airport, that was what we were looking for. The staff was very friendly and helpful to helping us, the only major downfall was we requested a non smoking room and it smelled strongly of smoke while we were there.

Thanks for taking the time to review our hotel. We are glad to read you had an overall pleasant visit and liked our outstanding service. We apologize that your non-smoking room had a smoke odor. We have asked our housekeeping staff to make sure this room receives a deep clean to remove the smell. Also, our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day so we would have been happy to move you to another room if you had alerted us. We appreciate your business and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better stay in the future. Sincerely, Hotel Management

No shuttle to airport

Posted Nov 12, 2017 on Hotels
Spent the night to get a quick trip to the airport in the morning. They told me that their airport shuttle runs 5am to 10am and to just come down in the morning. I came down the next morning only for them to tell me they don’t have shuttles to the airport on the weekends. Really?! Room had wierd smell and found a few bugs running around too. If you need a place to stay near the airport find a place that not only advertises a shuttle to the airport, but also actually has one!

Never Stay Here. Sleep In Your Car.

Posted Nov 9, 2017
Pros: The girl working the overnight shift at the desk. All things considered, she was very sweet. No need to flip out on her. She didn't make the mess.
Cons: Clean the hotel! They need mops, brooms and yeah, a new smoke detector. And a clock. Maybe a new GM and housekeeping manager.
Location: The only thing to do is drive past the hotel and do not stop.
Checked in and the girl at the front desk was very, very nice. Noticed the stairs and hallway was not tidy. Then the room. Wow. Stains on blankets and sheets. Stains on the one chair. Hair in almost all the cabinets, etc. A broken cabinet door in the bathroom. A bug crawling in the bathroom. And a band aid holding the battery in the smoke alarm. Yes. Asked and got a new room. When I entered I did smell something....odd. Turns out there was dog food in a corner all dried up and a bobby pin next to the bed. No clock. That is when I called for a new hotel. P.S. I travel about 25+ weeks a year. This is my 3rd bad experience at an Extended Stay. I am SO done with them.

Room stunk of cigarette smoke and seemed a little run down. Signs in elevators were falling down. There was no shampoo, conditioner, soap, not enough towels, and room was not cleaned when we got back late that night
