Wish parking was free but other than that hotel is pretty decent.

Very disappointing

I expected way more from my stay. The room was tiny, the bathroom gross, the staff careless.. I cannot recommend this hotel by any means.

FOUR POINTS HOTEL STAY

Pros: CLEAN AND TIDY, EASY TO GET PICK UP FROM THE AIRPORT AND RETURN BACL TO THE AIRPORT. FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL FRONT DESK STAFF AT CHECK-IN AND CHEC-OUT.
Cons: ROOM SERVICE STAFF NEDD TO BE TRAINED ON HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.
OVERALL A NICE HOTEL. HOWEVER THE ROOM SERVICE IS OVER PRICED PLUS THE FELT AND TASTED LIKE IT HAD BEEN ON A HOT PLATE FOR HOURS AND WAS UNEDABLE. THE ROOM SERIVCE STAFF WERE RUDE WHEN COMPLAINING ABOUT THE FOOD. THEN HAD TO COMPLAIN TO THE MANAGER ON DUTY FOR THAT EVENING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE HOTEL BUT NOT THE ROIOM SERVICE

Nice lobby, trash hall, corner cut kinda cleaned r

Nice lobby. Terrible fifth floor hall way that can only be compared to a run down motel 8. Bed skirts scuffed on 3 sides each with occasional orange stain but room is otherwise cleaned. I felt like I went from a nice hotel to a trashy hall way to a room that was cleaned except a glaring cut corner. Fitness facility also mediocre. Value half of the paid price.

Comfortable place to stay!!

Was In town for only a couple of nights. Restaurant was nice and comfortable and our waiter was so nice and made us feel at home. Front desk personnel were nice. My only downside with the room was that the locked “door” connecting/separating our room from the room next to ours did not dampen any sound whatsoever — unfortunately we could hear just about every sound coming from the other room from phone conversations, phone alarms, and others. This probably could have been solved by requesting another room with no adjoining neighbors which wouldn’t likely be any problem at all. EVERYTHING else about our stay was otherwise enjoyable. Cheers to the staff!!!

Pros: Pet friendly and clean rooms.
Cons: Need refrigerator and microwave in the rooms.
Location: Near UPenn, very important.
Pleasant experience, great TV, need refrigerator in room.
