Property is dated, and does not appear to be in desireable area. View of the Delaware River was very pretty. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was a nice benefit as well.

1st room had a musty smell that made me sneeze. 2nd room also had a weird smell and I didn’t figure switching rooms would fix anything. Rooms are just old and smelly. Breakfast was picked over/not refilled. Shower water was barely warm. I couldn't wait to leave in the morning.

Property is ran down. First room assigned had a running toilet. The front desk lady was very nice and accommodating and switched out the room right away but when I arrived in that room I had to report that the curtain was badly ripped. Throughout the night the refrigerator was loud not allowing me to fully rest.

The absolute worst hotel experience after spending almost 2 months straight staying in hotels. The walls are paper thin and it’s after midnight and I’ve complained to the front desk 3 times about the noise coming from the adjacent room with still no resolution. I need to get some rest. I considered checking out and relocating to another hotel which gives an indication of how lousy the experience staying here is. This property js what people usually refer to as a dump. Sketchy is a better analogy for this hotel.

Arrived to check into my hotel room and no one was at the front desk. I had to wait over 15 min for someone to decide they wanted to do their job. There was a bug in my bathroom and a huge water spot on the ceiling. Now I know this isn't a five star hotel but I would of expected it to be a little nicer or at least be bug free. Won't stay here again.

The rooms are undated. Had stain on the bedding, chair in room, and curtains. The shower/tub also had stains. The flooring in the room was outdated and nasty looking…strongly advise wearing socks around the room. I wasn’t impressed at all!

It was clean, had shuttle sevice but an older property. Rooms needed renovation. Breakfast started at 7:00 a.m. i had to get to the airport at 6:30. You should see how many of your customers have to leave before you start breakfast.

We arrived late after our flight, all we needed was a place to sleep and the hotel provided that. Nothing fancy, room was a little small and had a little musty smell…likely from being riverside.

Overall the Holiday Inn Philadelphia Airport was satisfactory. Some of the staff was friendly and professional. Good choices of breakfast foods. The rooms were good size and mostly fine. The bathtub was somewhat beat up.

The property was clean and neat but room had stains on floor and window curtains. The AC unit was loud and kept shutting down making the room hot. Had to keep getting my keys reset due to not working. Refrigerator kept making loud rattleing noise all night long. Beds felt like i was sleeping on plywood. Woke up with hip pain all night long. Washer and dryer were not working. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was good. Started to run out of food items as the stay came to an end. Overall it was a clean friendly hotel but rooms were not comfortable.

NOT NEAR THE AIRPORT. IN A BAD NEIGHBORHOOD. 3 DAYS, NO MAID SERVICE, INCLUDING TRASH. We got in at midnight forst day, so got down to breakfast at 8:30. No coffee, No eggs, a few pieces of sausage. Asked for food. Kitchen guy said kitchen was closing in a few minutes, (at nine) and there was no point in refilling hot or cold food. I complained to front desk so he snarled and put half frozen cheese omelets on warmer. Next 2 days front desk guy was running front desk AND kitchen alone. This guy was cheerfully handling complaints, coffee refills, trash, you name it. This guy needs to be promoted to a better property and position and whoever is running this property needs to be fired. Company needs to stop labeling this as an "airport" property. It's in a very seedy neighborhood. Just my daughter and I. Scared to go out without a taxi.

It's an airport hotel so don't expect anything fancy, it was OK, the only thing was about the shuttle, they over book it for the early morning flights. After we couldn't fit into the ride having made our reservation the day before knowing that we were a family of 4 with big suitcases and some of the guest that took our seats did not, we complain with the front desk and they solved the problem relative fast calling in another driver, but we thought that we were going to missed our flight. It was the longest 15 minutes wait. It was 4:00 a.m.

Would NOT stay here again. Front desk staff upon arrival were welcoming & kind. We booked two rooms. First rm upon entrance hadn’t even been cleaned. Beds were still a mess. Second room smelled of must & mildew. They changed our rooms with no problems, but these rooms are just no bueno. We would have went elsewhere had we not been locked in. Thank god it was only for one night. Would not recommend. These rooms are WAY overpriced.
