This hotel was one of many convient hotels around . The staff was pleasant . The room I had had a big paint spot on the wall that didn't match the actual color of the room. I asked for a new room and was going to be accommodated but the others where worse. This place needs much needed renovations. There are no flat screen tv's. The bathroom walls need new fixtures and to be scraped and painted. I was overall disappointed .

The room had roaches the linen have burn holes in it the floor didn't seem clean it was the worst experience we've had but I guess you get what you pay for will never stay there again

Stayed briefly

I stayed in the room for no longer than 4 hours. There were burnt cigarette holes in the sheets, pillows were dirty with the stain of "drool" apparently in the pillow. Also, I'm pretty sure I saw a mouse run from nearby the tv stand to the bathroom. Customer service was fine but the actual room and the wanted security if being in a comfortable and clean room was not there.

Great for a cheaper overnight

Older but clean and staff were nice. Just be careful with the tv if you have kids... adult channel was still active when we got there and had a big surprise while channel surfing!

Close to Springfield Diner

Pros: The location was convenient to the places I was visiting and to the Interstate highway.
Cons: Cleanliness.
My stay at the Parkway Inn was disappointing to say the least. The bed was far too soft, and I was awakened one morning with something crawling up my neck. Beds were not changed and towels exchanges on a regular basis, but the housekeeping staff seemed willing to accommodate my needs. I had the feeling that the issue was with management. The complimentary breakfast consisted of orange or apple juice, coffee, cereal, and toast of a bagel. Fortunately, the second morning I saw the Springfield Diner across the street.

NOT SO HAPPY!

THE RECEPTION AREA WAS NICE BUT IT WAS DEFINITELY AN OLD HOTEL. THE BREAKFAST WAS PREVIOUSLY FROZEN BAGELS & WAFFLES. MY ROOM WAS NOT VACUUMED FOR THE 2 LAST DAYS I WAS THERE DESPITE MY SEEING THEM BRING IT INTO THE ROOM, THEY OBVIOUSLY DID NOT USE IT. SHOWER CURTAIN ROD BROKEN.
