Close to airport and to downtown

The front staff are so Pleasant and accommodating. Iesha DaCoster, Valarie Rawls, Angela Tibbs and Jacqueline Hillflet as well as Mr.Jim and Ron with the shuttle bus to and from the airport. The manager was very nice as well. The lady that walked and housekeeping did a great job very very friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Philadelphia

Hurricane Irma

We were held up in Philly due to the storm and its aftermath. I went on Expedia and booked the room easily. The facility is nice. The staff is friendly. The room was clean. The bed was very hard which hurts my back and hips. I know some people prefer it though. The Cuisinart coffee maker was great. But no milk or cream - just the little packets of powder. No hot coffee in the lobby which I typically find everywhere I go. Two servings of eggs with potato and toast (no meat) was almost $32.00 using room service. The menu indicated $7.95 per serving. How that added up with two cups (no pots) of coffee I'll never know. If you Google map you will find a WaWa about a 1/2 mile away for stocking the fridge in the room and a Denny's on the west side of the hotel. Oh! And not the hotel's fault but a young lady was banging on a door in our corridor for over 30 minutes at 3:50 in the morning / until I confronted her and called for security.

Absolutely Disgusting

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything.
Location: The only thing to do nearby is eat at the Denny's or Philly Diner (pretty good actually) next door.
This place is beyond disgusting. I paid for three nights in advance and left after two...couldn't wait to leave. Its dirty, dirty, dirty...disgusting in every way. Nothing worked correctly in the room (TV broken, Frig froze everything, AC failed.) . The room was "moist", the carpets disgusting, the bed covers gross. Our Non-smoking room in this Non-Smoking hotel smelled like a chimney...absolutely stifling. The location is horrible too...its located in the ugliest, run down, industrial area next to the airport where planes are constantly flying overhead at night. Our team stayed here for a local tournament...all the parents were totally repulsed by this place and couldn't wait to leave. One of my worst hotel experiences in a very long time.

Convenient hotel close to the airport.

I used this hotel for a recent family visit it was very close to the airport and very convenient. The room was clean, the air conditioning gave me a little bit of trouble but it was chilly outside so it didn't matter. I did order room service the meal arrived Timely and the chicken sandwich was delectable. I would definitely recommend this hotel or stay here again for convenience and it was quiet, very quiet.

Nice place

Overall a very good experience. One of the beds was sinking down in the middle so the feet were elevated - it should be replaced.
