Nice Hotel near to Central Market

Pros: new room style.
Cons: the air conditioner is a lil bit hot.
Walking distance or you can ride on Tuk-tuk for 1$ to Psar Thmey or Central Market, the main attraction of Phnom Penh City. Recently been renovated totally fresh and new environment because am staying here since past 6 years.

Good value for price

Pros: Good value for quality offered.
Cons: Serve eggs, cereals and fresh milk for breakfast to give better choice for Muslim travellers. Maintenance check for all taps in bathroom.
Location: Strategic location for shopping. Good cafes/restaurants nearby for Muslim travellers eg; Wau and cafe Malaya.
Front counter very friendly and can speak English. Room and bathroom very clean. Twin room rather small but have enough space for solat. Chef responded positively when we request eggs for breakfast. Hotel also have lift to all floors. Hotel location near Central Market.

Convenient, spacious and comfy, good service

The service at this hotel was amazing. We were staying there over Chinese New Year, transportation was heavily booked, and Paalla at the desk went above and beyond in helping us book a bus. As with anywhere in Cambodia, if you can navigate communication issues, you'll find people wonderfully accommodating. Paalla and day staff's English was good, night shift not so much, obviously. The room was spacious and super comfortable. A bit dated maybe, but for the price we were super satisfied and stayed there again on our return journey. The breakfast is decent -- excellent coffee and bacon. The location is convenient to transportation options, the Central Market, and a few other things. It's a bit of a walk to the Riverfront and your immediate view is only so-so, but if you want a big comfy room and bed, and terrific service, this is a great place.

Dated hotel in poor part of city

Poor dated hotel in a bad part of the city - the room was dated , dirty sheets and broken sink - rooms smell of smoke through ducted aircon - staff don't speak English , rough part of town with 2km walk to tourist areas - close to central markets - buffet breakfast was very poor with only bread and bananas available - would not stay again - better options available

Pros: location
Cons: the hotel is a bit old.
Location: close to restaurant and market with in 2 to 5 mins walking.
The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Great location.
