Hotel was excellent with english speaking front staff who were quick to help in any matters. Security was very good and it felt safe to stay at the location.

Lovely hotel in great location

Posted Jul 21, 2017
Pros: The setting, the pool, the rooms, the staff.
Location: It's a fun location, with lots of restaurants and shops, but not tourist-y. You will very much see local Khmer culture.
The Kabiki feels like a park -- there are huge trees, all labelled as to type -- with flowers. It's a beautiful setting. You feel like you're far away from the busy city streets, but you're right there. There aren't many rooms so you receive excellent service.

Dog bed hard as rock

Posted Jun 30, 2017
We were 3 adults so got a king bed & a sofa bed hard as rock. This shouldn't happen especially when we paid for 3 people!! Everybody should get comfortable bed!! Hotel staff members were very nice & very polite which made our stay nice. Thank you all the friendly staff @ Kabiki!!! You all deserved to be recognized for your outstanding work

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. All our bed except the extra bed has mattress topper if you don't like hard mattress. The mattress topper can be requested at reception. Best Regards

A tranquil oasis in the middle of a vibrant city

Posted Apr 14, 2017
The hotel is in a very quiet back street. The gardens & pool are gorgeous. With excellent access to the major sights it's easy to get around. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was fresh & delicious. The room was a little dated & could use freshening up. Unfortunately the kids beds were not very comfortable.

Good hotel in a secured area

Posted Apr 1, 2017
Lovely hotel, in a secured area which was nice and away from the busyness of Phnom Penh. Lovely pool and room and food pretty good too. Room was quite small but we managed for 2 nights! Very relaxing and would recommend

Nice hotel, green oasis in the city.

Posted Mar 27, 2017
Pros: Natural setting,
Cons: The price should include breakfast- every other hotel in Phnom Penh does! Tacky to make it an add-on!
Pleasant stay. A bit complicated because access is restricted- no vehicles.

Tiny room

Posted Mar 12, 2017
Pros: Surrounds
Cons: An honest photo of the room in question, room 6
Garden and pool beautiful, staff friendly, great location to main attractions, breakfast not included ($6US per person). Tiny room with 2 twin beds and no space to move. TV fastened to a table in an unwatchable position. When you add room rate, taxes and breakfast together I'm sure you could find better (for a couple we paid $83AU a night)

Quiet gardent haven

The Kabiki is a garden haven in the middle of a crowded city. Quiet and peaceful, with lovely friendly staff.
