• Background Checks: Background checks are required for all adult guests, as mandated by the Circle Tree condominiums manager. (Note: Canadian and international guests from abroad are exempt.)
• HOA Compliance: We cannot rent to individuals with felonies or drug-related misdemeanors. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL BOOKINGS if background checks reveal any felonies or drug-related misdemeanors for ANY of the adults staying at the condo.
