The individual at the front office left a lasting negative impression on me due to their extremely rude behavior. Unfortunately, they decided to cancel my reservation solely based on an issue with my passport. Despite expressing my concerns about losing the money I had already paid, the individual showed no empathy and simply responded with a dismissive "that's your problem." Their lack of professionalism and disrespect were truly disappointing. It is my sincere hope that the establishment considers employing more empathetic and well-prepared staff at the front desk who can effectively handle tired guests like myself.
