The staff EVERYWHERE bent over backwards for each of their guests. We were upgraded to a huge villa with an adjoining room because a group needed our 2 queen beds room. It was heaven! Parking is tight even for handicap spots but the resort offered free valet and cart rides. Beautiful grounds and well-kept facilities. We were so impressed and we felt like royalty. We enjoyed the water park and lazy river and we are near 70!

Resort itself and its rooms were wonderful. Fabulous beds felt like sleeping on a cloud. The waterpark was overcrowded and they make EVERYONE use and wear a floatie in the lazy river which causes a back up thru out the entire river. Felt more like a parling lot than a lazy river. Wave pool wasnt a wave but more like choppy waters. We now realize how it would feel to be lost at sea during a storm. Overcrowded again and NO seating anywhere for handicapped people. Food pricing was outragious and no outside food allowed in.

Had a great time! One of the members on a golf cart sent us in the wrong direction so we walked halfway across the property carrying all of our bags with a toddler just to find out we were right next to our room to start with. Other than that, the room was pretty clean. The shower needed some grout scrubbing but that’s it. We will absolutely be back!!

Check in was atrocious. Tried booking the local/community rate and it wouldn’t work online. During check I was told they would adjust the rate. Then while checking in they changed their tune and said they couldn’t. I used to recommend this place for licensing summer and such, I won’t now until they change how reservations are done properly. The staff seems so under trained and have zero customer service skills. Very sad.

We will be back. The staff was amazing and the rooms were clean which is my #1. I definitely had some concerns on the drive to the resort as it is not in a great looking area however the fact that it is a resort and basically closed off from the rest of surrounding areas it didn’t look like too much of a concern like for your cars getting broken into. I plan to bring my family back!

They allow outside patrons to use the pool and other amenities. It was packed and kids were flipping my kids out of their tubes and taking them. The language being used by kids under 10 was atrocious. My kids finally asked if we could just go home and swim in our own pool. Bed was broken and super uncomfortable. Food and drink were absolutely overpriced. 22 for a three cheese quesadilla and $16 small drinks. Felt like the hotel patrons should have gotten a discount on food and drink if they allow the public in. Hotel guests were loud and partying way past midnight. Could smell smoke and weed everywhere especially on our balcony. Could have been a great vacation but was way way too overcrowded and no one listened to hotel staff.

The booking was a little confusing with how many wristbands we would get for the water park. We had 5 people in our party but only received 4 and the cost was about 135 more for the trip or 45/day. Pool and hot tubs inside hotel area was a nice addition to the weather park.

Everyone is very friendly.helpful, and prompt. It’s an older property so there are some things that could be updated and our bathroom was not very clean as it still had hair in the shower. The water park food well is water park food which is why I gave 4 stars maybe should have been 3 in that arena. Overall the property is pretty and provides a quick fun getaway.

We’ve stayed here before and loved it. This time when we checked in our room hadn’t been cleaned from the person who stayed before us. There weren’t any other clean rooms available so we had to wait 30 minutes awkwardly waiting for housekeeping to clean the room. The water park areas smelled awful. Then, to top it all off there were roaches in our room. Absolutely disgusting! They refunded our resort fee for the room not being clean but really I feel like more should’ve been done considering we had roaches. That’s just disgusting and they’re really lucky my husband didn’t tell me about the others he had been trying to hide so we didn’t freak out until I found one the morning we were packing up to check out. Terrible experience and won’t be returning.
