You can do better elsewhere. Expensive for what you get. Needs a refresh and deep clean. There was mold in the refrigerator. Do not recommend. Pool was cool and kids loved the wave pool.

We stopped here for a night before flying home from spring break. The major draw is the water park. Our kids LOVED it and the set up was pretty remarkable for a hotel resort. I will also say that I was very impressed by how seriously they took safety. One child knocked his head on the water slide. They called multiple guards over to check him out (may seem like overkill but would prefer this over no caution at all).
That said - some feedback:
1. If it weren’t for my kids and the water park, we’d never stay here. The room was outdated, the bathroom was not clean - had hair all over the floor.
2. The food and beverages were sickeningly expensive. And this is coming from someone who has no issues spending on our vacation. Our pool stand lunch was $150 with tip comprised of a hot dog, two fries, a salad, buffalo wings, and nachos with 2 sodas and ZERO alcohol. Our Starbucks coffees (black) were $7 a piece. Just so grossly overpriced. Beware.
3. The resort is huge and can take time to get your bearings. Make sure you are parking in the right area otherwise you’re in for a very long walk.
The room was beautiful. The staff is not helpful at all when trying to find your room. They actually made me feel silly for asking. I was told of the $100 a day amenities fee but no one could tell me what that includes so i was afraid to use anything in the room.
Lovely well-appointed resort with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Rooms are quiet and can’t hear next door. Loved the pools and hot tubs in the courtyards right outside the rooms. And the water park was a huge hit with my teenagers. Next time we’ll fit in a round of golf.
The place is huge. Its a nice place, but way too many fees added to the hotel charge

Arizona grand has always been a go to for a staycation , this time around seemed to have some sort of convention going on , it was over packed, noisy , and a bit overwhelming , especially at the Oasis , young young staff , alot of confusion .

Great place for the whole family. The property is showing it’s age but it was clean and the service was excellent. We spent most of our time at the water park where the kids could play then watch a movie in the pool or hot tub in the evenings. Food and drinks were very pricey so we recommend stocking the mini fridge in the room for meals and snacks if your looking to save money. All-in-all we’ll be back.

Is huge property. i love how each building has its own little pool along with all the large resort pools. we stayed in sedona on ground level floor and could hear traffic from road and parking lot. otherwise was quiet. If I stayed again i’d definitely try to stay in one of the other buildings or higher floor. food and drinks are pricey.

such a great trip staying at this hotel. We just hung out by the pool every day and enjoyed the weather. room was nice with separate living room. Gym was large. Oasis pools were great and there were 3 other pools. Very pretty grounds.

This is a massive resort. Six pools! Everyone was wonderful. It was clean and quiet. We were only in town for Spring Training, so we hardly had time to use anything any of the features other than the water park.
I thought the best feature of the hotel was the quality of restaurants in the surrounding area. Pizza at Barro’s and breakfast at The Brunch Snob were excellent choices!

The property was clean and beautiful. The service at the oasis water park was not the best and lobby front desk as well. They were pretty rude. I also paid for two extra wrist bands and no one mentioned that there would be a private event and we would have to leave by 3pm. I paid well over 500$ for one night to stay at this place and it was not the best experience at all. Next time I will go to tapatio. Better atmosphere

This locations website is a little misleading. Direct quote from their website. “The residential-style look of all 744 guest suites”. We were in a studio, not a suite. Pictures of the suites on the website were not what we stayed in. Upon arrival were greeted out front by a couple of friendly attendants. They directed us where to park for checking in and then where to go for the check in process. As we entered the lobby area, it was very busy and there were two sizable lines. The desk had every attendant busy helping guests. Their manager was actively managing the lines and directing people to make things move smoothly and as quickly as they could. When our turn came around we were greeted politely by a young g lady. She proceeded to get our information and to give us information about the resort. She explained we were going to one of the newest buildings and we would like where we were staying. She gave us directions to the building we were staying in and where to park. She also shared information about the water park. She was very helpful and pleasant. We proceeded to find the building and a parking spot. We got lucky and found a fairly close spot to the building. Parking can be a challenge as there aren’t a lot of spots, but we mostly found spots except once fairly close to the building. When we entered our room, we noticed first thing on the carpeted area lots of crumbs and a couple of peanuts on the floor. It appeared as if the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in a while.

My husband and I spent 3 days and nights here and enjoyed ourselves! It was a bit pricey considering no food or meals are included and there’s considerable resort fees per day. It is a bit outdated but still comfortable. Late February weather was pretty perfect! Limited affordable dining options sent us off property for most meals. Always make reservations for on site restaurants as the waits were considerable (2.5hours from start to food at Aunt Chilada’s!)

We paid a lot of money and booked through Expedia. $400 for the night. Upon checking in we were told there was an additional $84 dollars. I asked for what and was told for use of the facilities. I asked, so the $400 dollars does not include the use of the pool and hot tub? No, was the response.
On Saturday night we ordered room service just for dessert. Ordered a few dipping donuts. Picked up the phone ordered, and I was told $31 dollars. I replied, excuse me how much are the donuts. $15 plus $10 dollar service charge and gratuity and tax. I canceled the order.
Sunday morning got up and attempted to get a cup of coffee. They had an in house like Starbucks in the area near where you check in for golf. When I got in line there were 17 people in front of me. They had one girl at the cash register taking orders and one other making the coffees. After 20 minutes I went to front desk asked for manager. Nobody came. Went again to the desk to ask a second time and nobody came. I got on line at 9am. Got my coffee at 9:36am. Never will visit this resort again.

Ok, so the pool slide goes 40mph. It's kind of scary but my kids loved it. I loved the lazy pool. The beds were comfortable. A nearby hike on the Mormon trail was "moderate" but gorgeous views of downtown and tunnels to hike through. pretty dreamy experience overall.

Stayed here for 5 days in February 2024. The water park was amazing for the kids and not too crowded. Cabana rental worth it on hot days to get out of the sun. Room was well appointed and comfortable for a family of four. Aunt Chilada’s restaurant had amazing food. Definitely would recommend and hope to be back in the future.
