The ground of the resort is beautiful and well-kept. The room we stayed in (Mountainside) was more dated than expected. We enjoyed the water park and the athletic club with three teens during our two-day stay.

Very nice place. I particularly like the option of going to the water park, with its large pools and lazy river, or lounging at the smaller pool and hot tub available to each group of units. The smaller pool provided towels, ice, restrooms and water in each area.

Started out our stay being put in a room different than what I had booked for our honeymoon. Went on to hear staff moving cleaning carts up and down the walk at all hours of the night which caused a loud thud sound due to the wheels moving across the cracks in the sidewalk. The room we were put in had yellow stains on the sheets, tub was broken and tv didn’t work. I would not recommend this resort to anyone

Phenomenal stay this time at the Resort, will definitely be back. I live here in Phoenix and had my Dad and Niece visiting in town so I got them a king suite and they absolutely loved it. Decided to stay an extra night last minute and they even moved some things around to let us stay in the same suite. 12/10 recommend:)

Hotel room was spacious and clean. Water park was nice. The kids enjoyed it. The food options at the park were very expensive and they were strict about not bringing food in with you. The check in process is very inconvenient with long lines. They need more people at the front desk and should have a line dedicated to those who already checked in but just needed to get their room key.

Cons: Limited (and subpar) dining, most definitely not a service-oriented hotel, dated property, limited parking near rooms, and noisy (especially if they have a conference going that they are catering to) so be prepared. Pros: Lazy rivers and slides, golf course.

The room type we'd reserved wasn't available at checkin... not a great start to what I was hoping would be a relaxing vacay but they made it right and we were moved into correct room the next day. Breakfast wasn't great and was resort priced, try Breakfast Slxt... it's close and delicious. Grounds are nice, spa was good but expensive, hotel gym was amazing. Golfers in family loved the course. Kids loved the pool complex but unless you're willing to line up for a seat before it opens it's slim pickings. Both days we spent the entire day next to reserved lounge chairs that were never used. I felt bad for families looking, but no one working stopped this.

We had a lovely stay. The Oasis water park, accompanying pools and the gym are fantastic and the room accommodated us nicely. The cafe was extremely busy with long lines so an alternate coffee option would be helpful. I would also have liked to see some group fitness options like yoga or cycling given there is a group exercise studio.

It was an outstanding incredible vacation spot, the only negative was we asked for 2 double beds. Our plane was 4 hours late so we lost our room, they gave it away. So they were going to charge us a no show fee even tho we had already paid for the room. So they found us a room with a couch to sleep on. Nice staff just crazy rule we didnt know about or we would have called them.

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 pre-teens) stayed here over Spring Break and enjoyed ourselves. We loved the text communication, golf cart rides, Mountain side pool/hot tub and water park. Yes, food is expensive but the portions are really big, so makes it okay. We just learned to split items. And stocked our fridge from grocery stores. They did bring up a microwave upon request. The room (2 double beds living area) was nice. The bathroom counter in the room made it tricky to get ready while others were sleeping. Everyone was very friendly and we’d recommend this resort to other families for sure.

The outside is beautiful. Parking is very tight. The rooms are stuffy, and outdated. The shower curtin was moldy. Food was very expensive, but wasnt edible. $50 bbq flatbread pizza was made with old chicken, loaded with nasty sauce with just 2 blobs of cheese. Ive never felt so taken advantage of.

This property is mediocre at best. Check in was rushed, we had to wait a significant amount of time in line to check in, and instead of a sense of welcome or even just basic information, we were lectured about not losing our water park bracelet. The rooms are small, the bathrooms tiny, ancient pay per view tv, and very little water pressure in the shower. Our airport Marriott had better restaurant and rooms. The water park was absolutely packed. No one managing the lazy river and wave pool, both were overflowing with people and empty floatation tubes. The other pools were small, crowded and dirty. It’s a mess for the price. I can’t imagine why anyone would pay $580 for one night of this mess, and I certainly wish I’d gone elsewhere. I’ve never been so disappointed in a hotel, resort or property of any kind. My family really needed a vacation after a very difficult few months and I’m so grateful we only relied on the “Grand” for one night of our trip. The cherry on top was the text I recorded at 7pm encouraging us to check out, barely a thank you for coming and mostly “be out by 11, we don’t have any time to deal with late checkout.” Just trash.

We stopped here for a night before flying home from spring break. The major draw is the water park. Our kids LOVED it and the set up was pretty remarkable for a hotel resort. I will also say that I was very impressed by how seriously they took safety. One child knocked his head on the water slide. They called multiple guards over to check him out (may seem like overkill but would prefer this over no caution at all). That said - some feedback: 1. If it weren’t for my kids and the water park, we’d never stay here. The room was outdated, the bathroom was not clean - had hair all over the floor. 2. The food and beverages were sickeningly expensive. And this is coming from someone who has no issues spending on our vacation. Our pool stand lunch was $150 with tip comprised of a hot dog, two fries, a salad, buffalo wings, and nachos with 2 sodas and ZERO alcohol. Our Starbucks coffees (black) were $7 a piece. Just so grossly overpriced. Beware. 3. The resort is huge and can take time to get your bearings. Make sure you are parking in the right area otherwise you’re in for a very long walk.

The room was beautiful. The staff is not helpful at all when trying to find your room. They actually made me feel silly for asking. I was told of the $100 a day amenities fee but no one could tell me what that includes so i was afraid to use anything in the room.

Lovely well-appointed resort with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Rooms are quiet and can’t hear next door. Loved the pools and hot tubs in the courtyards right outside the rooms. And the water park was a huge hit with my teenagers. Next time we’ll fit in a round of golf.
