Nice rooms but unsafe due to too many homeless people. Bad comminication regarding the constrution . Had to move car while sleeping due to construtions . No communication regarding parking

I loved the cleaness of the room very friendly staff only issue was it was right by the freeway but honestly loved my stay there would recommend 10/10 would stay there again

This hotel for the price was great. It had many food and drink options near by and good access to highways. Breakfast was included and above average for hotels these days. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was very clean. Hot tub and pool was nice but the jets were not functioning well. All and all, I would recommend this hotel if your like me and don’t spend much time at your accommodation when traveling.

This was a great option for affordable and convenient location for food and freeway access. The free breakfast was great! The bedding was great! The dark out shades were excellent! The soap provided was good quality! It was quiet even though close to a freeway. There was a nice beer pub next door that we ate at twice in a weekend. The parking lot was a little strange but we would definitely stay again!

The staff is amazing and super helpful! They were always willing to accommodate our requests. It’s a nicely renovated hotel and the breakfast is decent. The area around is interesting but good is easy to walk to and the restaurant next door is awesome and friendly as well! The pool area is the only drawback just because it’s a weird place to hang by the pool with the highway beside it and a big billboard and power lines. But still a great place to stay!!!

Meh.... Tempe hotel
This hotel is right on the freeway. I was startled several times during my 1 night stay by super loud vehicles seemingly racing right outside my window. The hotel is outdated, dingy and understaffed. Desk folks weren't very friendly.There is a brewery next door but it was similarly understaffed and mismanaged. I don't think I could stay here again.
