Cons: Bed was very soft....could use a new one. The hotel was a bit old and needs some updates.
It was ok for 2 nights....would not want to stay here any longer.....couldn't walk to any decent restaurants...had to drive to downtown Tempe which was a 10-15 min drive.

There are 2 famous restaurants in front of the Mall and we can drop you off with our Shuttle service by communicating with our Front Desk Agent. Nice hotel for the price

We got an exceptional rate on this hotel because we bundled. That being said, it was a nice hotel for the price. The hotel is right on the edge of a bad area so you must be careful at night. The pool is small and generic. The free breakfast was a nice comp. There are lots of airline students staying there long term so they were always hanging in the lobby.

Nice motel close to airport.

It was good.could be a little cleaner. Tv remote was dirty so was on ice bucket.

Bad area, shuttle unavailable, WIFI didn't work.

Do not recommend. Broken door lock. No working wifi. Bad neighborhood. Shuttle unavailable. Hard beds. Noisy. Great breakfast. Clean rooms.

LACK of Customer Service & Modern Technology

Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: Bottled water should be complimentary and be placed in the room. I'm used to a more professional manner; this had a cheap motel feel.
Upon my Saturday arrival, I booked my shuttle back to the airport for Wednesday, but the front desk clerk tells me that she doesn't have that list yet, and tells me to confirm the shuttle at a later day. Several points, we are in age of technology, why isn't the list electronic? I mean "come on," I'm sure I'm not the 1st customer who arrived on the weekend and wanted a shuttle during the week. The clerk should have taken responsibility and made sure that I got on that list instead of putting the burden on the customer. So the day before my departure, I confirm my shuttle - of course, the shuttle was full. The clerk made excuses for her behavior. And the general manager told me that I could take a later or earlier (by 3 hours) shuttle. The hotel via the general manager did not take responsibility for their screw up and FIX IT, but rather they create a stressful situation for the customer. Spending hundreds of at this hotel and they can't get something as simple, but important, and as a shuttle back to the airport right. Then they did not correct their mistake. In addition, in general, I found the hotel staff to have a lack of professionalism, the lobby to have a tacky centerpiece, and the laundry facilities inadequate.

The lists that you were talking was the group block for the Shuttle on your departure which at the the time you were check in with our Agent did not know exactly how many persons would be on the bus i.e. space left, Again it's an apology that no space left However, as the courtesy shuttle guest can choose time without any conflict to those advance schedule. About The General Manager, She had not been contacted on those issues perhaps might be misunderstanding of the person contacted. We provided an equally professional service to all guests including the brand new Laundry Equipments and other facilities.

Center of everything. Easy access to freeways.

Pros: Access. Location.
Cons: Cleaner pool and hot tub.
Location: Mall is close. Went to movies there. 1-1/2 hr to Sedona to the north. Nice outing. Went to Mesa Swap Meet (Fri-Sun). And got some good bargains.
Good breakfast. Eggs, sausage, oatmeal, juices. Plenty of towels. Nice shower. Pool was a little dirty so didn't use.

By the Mall

Pros: It is convenient for when I come to Phoenix which can be a dozen times a year.
Cons: I keep trying to reuse my towels; but the rule is to put back on the towel rack; that ends up being on top of two clean towels.
Location: After work will shop at the mall across the street and eat at nearby restaurants.
Stayed on the first floor. The neighbors were a little noisy and if I left the window open a little could smell a lot of cigarette smoke. Probably my room choice. I have stayed at this hotel a dozen times and generally very good value for the money.

This was a very pleasant motel near the Phoenix airport.It provided easy access to the airport for our flights.

Friendly place across from the Az Mills Mall

Pros: Close to everything we needed & friendly Staff.
Cons: Were given an 'Accessible' (handicapped), room. I didn't realize when booking. Hotel policy wouldn't change because of Expedia booking.
Check in was easy, Room was comfortable & check out easy also. Noticed the mirror in the bathroom was coming off the wall & notified the front desk. It was fixed within 15 minutes. Nice to be close to so many options like the Arizona Mills Mall, Restaurants & the freeway. Basic 'Hot' free breakfast & a fairly small but heated pool & Spa.
