Palo Verde - Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily in a naturally lit, contemporary Southwestern interior. Breakfast includes homemade granola, Belgian waffles with berries, and tecaté toast, along with classic American favorites. Innovative Southwestern cuisine includes quesadillas, Caesar salad with blackened salmon, and a chicken and black bean quesadilla with smoked cheddar.
