The lobby, multiple outdoor patios with fireplaces, and the pools are adorned with art and plant life creating the setting for great human interaction. Great place.
The rooms are large with separate tub and shower. Housekeeping staff keeps the rooms quite clean and they came back if we had the "still snoozing" sign on the door. Old Town Scottsdale is within walking distance, and there is also a free trolley that stops all around Scottsdale (including the baseball ...
Top notch service through my whole stay. My room was beautiful, clean, bright and it was a truly great experience. It’s set at the base of camelback mountain and they were able to shuttle us to go hike. Highly recommend staying here for an overall great experience!
I always love staying here, rooms are always so clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Complimentary snacks provided at the front desk always wins me over. Only complaint was that I was placed in a room right next to the elevator, too much traffic, didn't sleep too well. However, next time ...
Beware beware beware. This place is a total dump. Hilarious they call it a boutique hotel. It's an old office bldg made into a crappy weird hotel. Room was dirty and the shower had bugs in it. There is no bathtub. You'd think for the price you'd get a tub. The Tv remote didn't work and so creepy ...
Rooms were basic but comfortable. There was some traffic noise, but we were more so kept awake by other hotel guests on the weekend. The pool area was very nice and was a good place to lounge. Location was good and was close to old town Scottsdale.
We were very happy with our choice of hotel for a peaceful getaway. Beautiful grounds wonderful staff. It had everything we were looking for. Wonderful food. Great Spa.
This hotel is the ultimate of urban chic and near all of the new "downtown" in Phoenix. Great clubs, bars, restaurants and right on the light rail route. The in house restaurant , "Blue Hound", and the Breakfast club are excellent and have topnotch staff and food. The valet and reception always remember ...
We weren't there long, but would go back. Close to downtown Scottsdale and the Phoenix airport.
Everyone at the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. The amenities are great for a historic hotel, great rooftop pool area! I was kind of hoping to see a ghost, but no luck! Maybe next time!!
Rooms are very clean. Not all of the outlets work but the staff is so amazing it makes up for the lack of anything else!
The ‘big’ hotels just charged too much in March so we decided on Gainey. Smaller, but still elegant with terrific charm. A very nice courtyard, breakfast and evening appetizers included in a great location. We didn’t feel like we ‘settled’ at all by coming here. Shops and other restaurants right ...
The Hotels staff was amazing! Thanks again Caleb and Stephanie. I booked through Expedia and regret to say but this is the second time in a row my reservations just haven’t been at all what I reserved. This time I was confirmed and even billed but upon arrival I was informed Expedia was still reserving ...
The room was good - comfy bed, good bathroom, nice view of courtyard, lots of television channels. The hotel had a nice pool area and courtyard. The complimentary breakfast was mmm ; ) The hotel could just really use an update. The carpets were tired. The woodwork was beat up. The room was dark and ...
Quite enjoyed our stay at the Inn with beautiful views. It is looking ready for a re-vamp in the rooms, however, as things look a little old. Otherwise, great place to stay, I would do so again when in the area.
