Pros: Refrigerator and microwave in room
Cons: No remote or iron in room
Location: Conveniently located off the highway.
Looks shabby, but it's clean and affordable. Outside was not very appealing, but it wasn't completely offputting.

We left the hotel early for another place to stay

The Inn was in very bad shape. There was no blanket on the bed just a bedspread. Sign on the front desk that read "$50.00 for turning in anyone doing drugs."

Pros: Very convienient to Phoenix/Scottsdale
Cons: Curtains let light in
Location: Close to interstate / 20 minutes from airport
The hotel was neat enough and the staff was friendly. We were pleased to see a security guard every night at sundown. There was ample lighted parrking area. This obviously was not a destination hotel but served well as a base while we were golfing around Phoenix.

Pros: They made sure I had anything I needed and greeted me with a warm smile !!!!!
Cons: cigarette burns in the carpet which im sure are being renovated soon!
Location: off the beaten path enough to be cozy but central to all the main places in Phoenix to visit by car or bus......
Honestly, I was confused by so many 1's and 5's for ratings to this establishment. I have to say that carpet with a few worn places doesnt wear down a reputation of comfort, safety with a full time security guard who was friendly and very attentive to the property and the guests to feel at home. I have been homeless as many who may come to stay here and would be there if need be i was in that situation. The staff was kind, gracious, greeted me both coming and going with an exuberant smile and warm, friendly appreciation I chose them to stay there. They have done many improvements over the past few years and it shows in the paint, the pleasant smell of cleanliness, towels, down to the pillows and linens, huge television, refrigerator with freezer, new microwave and a deep tub to soak my weary day away. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a safe, clean, friendly, inexpensive place to stay for a night or for a month. I am glad I came to stay and didnt listen to any negative postings that have been given. Thank you for going out of your way to make me feel good saving some money!!!!!!!!

Cons: Pretty much everything. No shampoo. Concrete falling apart on the second level.
Location: Easy access to highway.
HORRIBLE! The room smelled so badly of pine sol that my clothes smelled of it just from hanging in the room after three nights. Just to give you perspective, they have signs up offering a $50 reward to turn in drug dealers operating out of their hotel. I guess you get what you pay for. By the way, nobody would turn in a drug dealer for $50.

No remote control (that's an extra fee), but the TV only got a dozen stations anyway, so changing it manually was a minor inconvenience. No ice machine! Ice was sold in 5lb bags, and no ice bucket, so of course you woke up to a bag full of water in the sink every morning. Pillows were flat as a pancake. Bath towels (if you could call them that), don't even fully wrap around a small child and had the absorbency of copy paper.
