When we arrived we waited over 30 min in the door because there was nobody in the desk to open the door. We contacted the 1800 number and they didn’t answer them either she kept telling me that they were short staffed which i understand but leave at note at the door at least we arrived at 1am and waiting there was not fun! As we were tired, and the employee still had an attitude as if it was our fault.

Pool was closed due to repairs. No mention on Expedia. I am allergic to dog dander, and they could not guarantee me a non-pet room. They suggested we move to sister property, but they would not honor the original rate. No more Sonesta Hotels for me. They used to be one of my favorite hotel companies.

We liked that there’s a kitchen. We also enjoyed the hot tub and a workout room. It’s about 10 minutes from the airport, close to restaurants and a movie theater. It’s centrally located so we could get to a lot of the Spring Training games. It could use a facelift but it worked out well.

Not much good to say here. Property old and furnishing worn out. Found dead bugs in the cabinets holding plates and glasses. But the worst was the smell — a combination of wet dog and pet urine. No cleaning service unless you are there for a week.

Spacious clean very affordable suite, with basic cooking utensil ready to cook breakfast lunch or dinner and a fridge. Friendly, solutions oriented staff as I had to make adjustments. Highly recommended for the business traveler, who also needs a little office space. Make sure you check in to the right location - there is another one half a mile away...

We would probably stay here again, but we weren't blown away by it. No one mentioned the room wouldn't be cleaned daily, and we were given two bath towels for a five night stay. We had to slam the bathroom door if we wanted it to close, things like that. But it was overall clean and quiet and a lot of the staff was really friendly and helpful.

This place is filthy. The elevators had more dirt and filth than the street. The bathroom near Checkin looked like someone or something exploded there. I’m guessing the waste basket hadn’t been emptied in days. We didn’t even use our shower, we were afraid to step into it. Cross this one off your list.

Website is a lie. Pool and Jacuzzi both out of order. They were still prominent on the website, but obviously not functioning. Just plain deceptive. No reduction and no refund option. Room smelled and had not been fully serviced.

I stayed room #331. The kitchen’s drawer under the sink/left side is broken. I don’t use any drawers for my short stay so it’s okay but looks not good. Some of the areas didn’t clean up when we arrived so I wiped off myself such as bathroom shelf (there’s still some coins left)

THIS IS YOUR WARNING! This place is not a 7.8 star location. I booked without doing a deep dive into the individual reviews thinking it would be fine. It is not! The place is run down , dirty and in a sketchy area of town… and if that’s ok with you then book here but the price for the accommodations are high considering. They charge like they are a 3/4 star hotel. I booked over bookings and had to pre pay for my accommodations so was of course locked in. The manager was non existent. I eventually left a message for them expressing my desire to check out early with of course no response. I even contacted bookings who did try to help me check out but to no avail. The pool was under construction which was not made clear when I was booking. Not that I would have used it anyway but it was one more thing. The facility is dirty and completely run down. I came in late and spent the night in my cloths worried something might bite me. The rooms smell of must and mildew. After doing a deep dive into their reviews it is apparent they a committing review fraud to increase their star rating. You will find many reviews like this one but also many 10/10 reviews clearly from made up personas of whomever they are paying to create these. Absolutely no one would give this a 10/10 not matter how nice they are. I hope you do not find yourself in the same situation I did. I ended up booking another location and did not get my money back.

For a non smoking room, there definitely as an odor of smoke(?) in the room. When first opened the door we smelt it, and then it came and went. Wasn’t cigarette smoke, but pot.

My room smelled like mildew. Questionable stains on the carpet in the hallway. Part of the sink cabinet fell apart when I opened one of the cabinet cupboard doors. Theres no hair dryer in the room, definitely no coffee in the room, the coffee machine downstairs was broken. And there was no drinking water available anywhere onsite.

A centrally located hotel next to really good shops and restaurants. It's a little ways from downtown Phoenix but it's very close to the airport. Hotel has a good pool, gym, and laundry facility. Good stay

The front desk staff is very kind and helpful. However, the property has a lot to be desired. It doesn’t feel safe and I will not be getting a refund even though I won’t be staying there. Definitely skip this property if you can afford something else

This property was ok. It had all the necessary amenities and the suites are nice with the full size fridge and stove. However, the rooms can be a bit cleaner. The table in one of the rooms I stayed in (I had separate reservations and stayed twice on one trip) was still dirty from food after the last occupant. The bathrooms were not clean, as I noticed a layer of dust on the shelves as well as hair on the sink and floors. I did have an issue with my room, but it was promptly corrected by switching me to another room.

The place was outdated. Upon check in you have to fill out personal contact info and sign hotel policy. The room smells and hallway not clean.

The bathroom had hair all in the shower and sink. Housekeeping could really do a better job at cleaning. No excuses for that! The ceiling appeared to have a water leakage that had dried up and was stained yellow.

I didn't like the fact that the AC didn't work/heater did not work. Spoke to Sonia about getting me another room and she did not care. Saw 2 cockroaches in the suite. Did not even had a trashcan. Overall bad experience. Very disappointed

I went to the office to complain about a rag that was stuffed in the garbage disposal.. They said they could not help me until Monday. Because the maintenance man wasn't in. Didn't offer a new room or anything. Then they said the couldn't put my two days together so i had to redo the paperwork and get new keys and put down another deposit. I ask tgem to at least take a note that i didn't break the garbage Disposal although it still works
