Nice hotel, very nice and clean room. Newly renovated. Unfortunately the main lobby and the resturant were under construction renovations at the time.

You didn't tell us it was being renovated.

Posted Feb 6, 2016
Pros: Great location, and the renovated room was nice.
Cons: Shuttle service needs to go out a few more miles.
Location: Good location on Scottsdale Road.
No lobby, no real restaurant, no daytime relaxing because of construction noise all around us. The renovated room was great, and I understand about reconstruction, but they should have told us when we booked the package. It was not a relaxing stay.

Pros: Beautiful, large updated rooms
Cons: Inform travelers of renovation
Although the updated rooms are very nice, the hotel is still in the midst of a renovation that make staying there a bit uncomfortable.

Construction

Pros: The suite was a nice size and updated including the bathroom.
Cons: Advise construction prior to completing a booking. Hot food. New mattresses.
Location: Okay location.
There was a lot of construction going on and not advised when making reservation. Many places closed off, check-in located in another hotel room. A tent pavilion was set up for the free breakfast since permanent facility closed off and breakfast was barely lukewarm.

renovation

Posted Feb 1, 2016
Pros: Rooms were clean
Cons: Improvement with staff at the front desk.they were answering phones, checking people in and out and had no time for you.
Location: Great location
The hotel was undergoing a full renovation which we didn't know about.we were put in a room over a construction bin.we were given a map and told where the room was.after searching for fifteen minutes or so,we asked a worker where the room was.he told us where we should be looking.when we found it,the two elevators nearest the room were not working.no carts were available for the luggage.i carried our luggage up,walked from the nearest elevator and said forget it.we went back down to the office which was a hotel room and asked for a different room.there was no problems switching rooms.the sports bar and full breakfast were now in a tent, with only buffet style breakfast.the shuttle service to the airport was gone unless you booked before June.im so glad I recommended this hotel to my wife.
