My One Night Get AwayPosted Nov 21, 2015
I was needing a night away. So I went to the internet, looked up Comfort Inns. It had been years since I have gotten a room, never on the internet. So I found one close, a room was available and at a reasonable rate, so I booked it. And very glad I did, I had errands to run so had to go in and out, so no time to enjoy the Pool, but next time. Also was glad to see that the TV was hooked up so that I can bring a DVD Player to enjoy a movie or 2.

HorriblePosted Nov 18, 2015
This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever booked. It was not a 3.5 star. Stains on carpet, bed, ceiling, walls, wallpaper peeling off, smelled like mildew. We walked in and right back out, did not stay in hotel.

Avoid this hotel. I want my money back!!!Posted Nov 15, 2015
For 3 star hotel, this is not even a one star. It attracts all kinds of junkies. The back Enter acne door was broken, it allowed all Kinds of suspicious activities in hotel. At 2 Am, next door room people started having all kinds of noise. When I called several times front desk to report the back enter acne door is broken, no one picked up the phone. The bathroom sink had so Much trouble. I decided not to call maintenance, not sure if they would answer the phone and if they did when they will show up. I want my money back!!

SucksPosted Nov 11, 2015
Ratty tatty hotel Ugly carpet dreadful walls pretty much everything bad about it!! Shady characters and the cops were pounding on the door across the hall for someone staying there. Girl strung out sitting in the hallway. Overall worse than I have seen in a long time! Frequent traveler

Non smoking facility.Posted Nov 8, 2015
Pros: The location was convenient. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection.
Cons: The hotel needs to be refurbished. The staff was not real helpful.
I called to make sure my reservation was for a non smoking room. Our room smelled of smoke as did the main lobby. The chair in our room had cigarette burns on it. I mentioned this to the desk as we left and got a very mumbled "I'm sorry." For $100.00 I expected better.

Rooms smelled and dirtyPosted Nov 6, 2015
Pros: Our front desk service was superb!
Cons: Rooms are dirty and smelly. Very run down.
Reserved a non-smoking room. First room smelled musty and smoky. Asked to switch to a new room. It smelled better but not much. At least the smoke wasn't bad. Opened up all the windows for fresh air. It got better. Couch and seating all had stains just like the first room. Not the cleanest place. Housekeeping is sloppy. There was a bright pink bra (no one could miss) left from the last occupant, leaving me wonder if they even switched the sheets. Walls with obviously patched holes. Wallpaper torn. Bathroom countertop was falling apart. Toilet doesn't flush correctly. Yet, there was new flooring. I don't get it. Since we were not familiar with the area, we were too tired to move to another hotel. This place was bad enough I almost called a friend to see if we could crash on their couch. I guess that's "standard" when the room rates are low. I saw the 3 stars so took a chance. Was very disappointed. I will definitely not be back. and now very cautious of 3 star ratings on Expedia. To be fair, our front desk person was wonderful!

Close to the school I wanted to goPosted Nov 4, 2015
Pros: There is nothing I like about it.
Cons: It is so old and dirty that even renovation cannot be the solution.
Location: The location was not bad, it was close to the school I wanted to go.
blood stains on blanket, Internet did not work at all for 3 nights (I had to go to starbucks to check my e-mails), very very dirty and smelly corridor, very slow staff in checking in or in answering any concerns, water fountain was broken,
