The hole room need to be remodel and to much chlorine in the pool ...but the staff and check in was good...

Nice hotel close to shopping and restaurants.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Needs some updating and repairs. Cabinet area needs scrubbed.
Location: Lots of shopping and a variety of restaurants. Coasters and Castles near. A park is close. Easy access to many things.
Room was comfortable, but outdated and warn. Could use some updating and repair. Cabinets could use a good cleaning. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly. Free hot breakfast was good. Price was decent through AARP. Avoid rooms close to the freeway because traffic noise is really loud.

Well-worn and priced accordingly

The hotel was adequate for our needs. They allow dogs and the dog was happy. The interior of the room was dated and showed a lot of wear. The hotel is adjacent to the freeway so there is a lot of noise.

Nice hotel but way too noisy.

We had neighbors who talk,yelled and even screamed for hours. The lady at the desk said there was security but I don't think they walked around because they would have heard that. If this hadn't happened I would say this is a great hotel.

Arrived at hotel prior to check in, I have always checked in before 3 at other hotels without issues. Receptionist was not very friendly because I arrived early and said they didn't have any rooms available. She eventually "found" one. The room had sticky spots in the carpet. Couldn't really sit on the couch and watch TV as I had intended a 1/2 wall was in the way. I had chosen a hotel with a couch for that reason. Hose keeping was at the room after 11 weekdays but before 9 weekends. Will go to a different hotel next year.

Reasonably priced clean room.

Room was large. Sofa sleeper was a little worn out, not comfortable. Beds were great! Kids loved the pool. Breakfast options were OK.

ONLY FOR FAMILIES ON A TIGHT BUDGET

Location: There is a Sweet Tomatoes restaurant next door. Nothing else around that is walking distance
This appears to be a dated, family oriented hotel for those on a tight budget. We clearly heard both neighbors. Inside pool appeared murky. The gym was nothing more than an elliptical and a bike machine. Standard egg substitute and suspect ham with nice waffle maker, muffins, juice, etc. VERY limited space in dining area had many guests standing. Looks like the hotel could replace their bath towels - my wife bought her own. I would recommend this property EXCLUSIVELY for families on a tight budget. Couples find another place.

Good and spacious for the price

The hotel is good for the price you paying for .The room had 2 Queen beds and 1 sofa bed ,good for family of 5.The breakfast was ok ,refilled when needed.Staff was good .We did not check indoor pool.The bathroom lock was not working otherwise good experience with the hotel
