Great staff but no guest appreciation

There were no incentives or appreciation for guests. I did not receive or experience any. I had a late flight and didn't check in until after 9p. All of the facilities were already closed. I did not use the pool but was looking forward to relaxing in the sauna. It was broke my entire stay. However, I was charged a resort fee every night. Just to be there it seems.
There is no transportation from the resort to anywhere. That was my fault for not reasearching that. I rented a car.
There is no complimentary breakfast, lunch nor dinner. Nothing at all.
I enjoyed the spa, the employees were very gracious and friendly but it is overpriced. I have been to many spas so it is fair for me to say. However I'm naive not to understand overcharging vacationers occurs often.
The location of the resort was beautiful. Great area. Everyone was very friendly. The restaurant, Flourish was excellent. I ate breakfast one day and lunch another.
The fitness center was standard but there was chewed gum and garbage in the cup holders and closing at 8p is too early.
I was disappointed but I did learn from the experience and now I know more research is necessary for my next vacation.

We are sorry to hear that you experienced these issues during your stay. We are proud of our secluded desert location, although it does pose a challenge as well, as we are a short distance from restaurants and shopping.
