Pros: Breakfast was good and well stocked and ready and clean great laundry facilities
Staff was friendly and incredibly sweet. My room was large and clean. I was walking distance to stores and restaurants and a short drive to anywhere. National forest, zoo, or golf.

Night after surgery

I had spine surgery performed and needed to stay within five miles of the facility. With the summer rates I was able to pick something a little nicer than I normally care to. The facility and the room were clean. The beds were comfortable and the stay was quiet. I overslept so unfortunately I can't comment on the inclusive breakfast. Overall a very nice night.

Great value hotel

We recently spent 4 nights at this hotel while in town for a family event. We wanted a suite so that we would have more space, and this hotel did not disappoint. Sometimes "suites" are barely larger than a regular room, but this one had a nice living area with a couch, chair, and small table with two chairs. A refrigerator, microwave, and sink area made this complete. The hotel is not 5 star, but it is very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Above all, it was quiet too! We thought we were the only ones staying there - until we went to breakfast and it turns out there were many people there. Breakfast was good, the normal waffles/eggs/oatmeal/yogurt that hotels have. Just enough for everyone.

Estuvimos 3 días muy confortable el hotel personal amable. El desayuno no es el mejor pero cumple Recomendable si van a scottdale AZ

Inexpensive Scottsdale digs.

Pros: The price and location

Location: The location is within walking distance to the hospital, and is close to many Scottsdale Amenities.
After Checking in, we went to our room and the inside door handle fell off in my husband's hand. My husband went to the front desk and handed them the handle and asked him to fix it. Someone came to fix it right away. In addition, I noticed that the couch in the suite was worn and dingy and had some stains. The hallway carpet was also dingy with stains. The cabinet below the sink was worn and had a slanted hang to it. You could see inside the cabinet. Then the Plastic 'tile' in the shower was cracked at eye height so I kept looking at it. Other than that, the bed was extremely comfortable and the wi-fi worked well.

Not good stay

We were here for a medical procedure at Mayo clinic, room 151 is not a good room for a patient to stay in. It is across from the soda machine and there was a lot of children running and screaming in the hall so getting sleep was not easy. The next morning went for breakfast 4 famlies with children screaming crying had to skip breakfast. Very unpleasant stay

Worst place ever

This was so horrible! I will save everyone time and trouble, do not stay here! My family had waited for over 15minutes in lobby to check in. Finally I called 3 times before I had gotten an answer. When someone decided to answer is was transferred to a recording. And I clearly heard the man in the back room talking to me! My first thought was why would you transfer me when u were right inside the office at the desk? Then I has said out loud to him if you're in the office you need to step out here now! He did finally after a few minutes and he was a complete mess! I have my thoughts as to why. I was gonna going to call the sheriff's office out because there was something serious going on back there. I had asked him as to why you picked up the phone then transferred me to a recording and as to why he was back,there the entire time and never come up front to check my family in. And he said to me well where have you been to me and that he was clearly here for 2 hours already. DO NOT STAY HERE! The worst place/customer service is the poorer! And there's crazy things going on in that office!

Our favorite hotel in Phoenix area

Beds are comfortable, staff is nice, breakfast is very good many choices, is always clean, like they have a kiddie pool. Is fair priced usually (unless a high traffic time like big golf tournament going on etc then we are forced to find cheaper hotel somewhere else).
