It was in a shopping center which was weird but it was clean and we enjoyed the jacuzzi before our concert. It is a safe location and very clean. Staff was very friendly. Expedia advertised a Twin/King double occupancy room and the hotel honored the twin occupancy and changed my room from a King to a double Queen. Very kind of them.

Always clean, pool is cleaned daily. Close to shops and restaurants. Whole Foods Trader Joe’s Hopdoddys if you like burgers and many more wonderful places to eat. Shopping in the area walking distance.

Our door was open when we arrived at our room around 9:30pm which made us feel very unsafe. When we called to front desk to ask what was going on they had no idea. The floors were also dirty along with the bathroom and there was no hand soap. For the price of the hotel I thought it would be much nicer. I wish I took my family elsewhere

If you don’t care about the little things, scroll on. If the little things matter to you, here you go. The room is so oddly put together. I can’t explain it. I’ve never been into feng shui but I’m thinking maybe it’s real. Even the bathroom felt wrong. We stay at hotels regularly, at least once a month. I’ve seen old, I’ve seen hair, I’ve seen food left in the fridge, but this is the first time I’ve just felt off because of where the bed or toilet was. All that being said, the rooms were a bit dated, older tv so no streaming. Nice and convenient area with stores and restaurants within walking distance. Wouldn’t choose to stay here again if I could help it.

I really enjoyed having a small terrace and a separate living area and bedroom, and the courtyard was beautiful...pool, hot tub, firepit, sitting areas. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was a little firm for me, but i slept well, and i definitely enjoyed the amenities and the view from the terrace!

You know when you pay a premium for a hotel like this, everything is going to be expensive. The water in my room looked nice, but it was 5 bucks. I don't think that's very respectable. However, if you want a "safe" and predictable place for a premium, this is it.

We received superior front desk assistance from the experienced staff. There were also some young seemingly part-time staff (students?) that were only ok. Generally I could get around the young staff and get what I needed from the permanent staff.

Grade a hotel not the most up to date rooms but very clean the service though is probably the best part they’re very helpful. There’s tons to do an eat all withing walking distance of the hotel. They have a wonderful outdoor area… its a very cozy atmosphere.

When I attended here about 2 years ago after my graduation from GCU it was amazing The staff was great they even let us feel like home by sitting out Christmas decorations for us to eat in and out in the lobby with. The old general Manager even came out and made sure we were feeling as if their whole lobby was ours to enjoy. That being said this second stay was not enjoyable at all. I paid extra to upgrade my room to a suite and the air conditioning was not working in the main area. My grandmother who needs a handicap room was given a handicap room with a tub. According to the new general manager Rachel the Ada requirements state that only one room must have a walk in shower and that is always booked a year in advance. I'm not sure how someone who is in a handicap room is supposed to use a tub if they are in a wheelchair. When we let the evening management know Ruben Gabe us two waters and two vouchers for breakfast. We then went downstairs the following day and complained to the general manager. She apologized but that's about it. She didn't really do anything and continued to apologize. The breakfast was awful and expensive since we had to purchase extra items due to the coffee being too strong and the pancakes tasting bad. The avocado toast was more like guacamole spread and was thin as well. When I complained to the manager about the handicap room being too far down the hall she said there is a door but no ramp to go up the curb. Never again will I stay there

Nice Place
This is a nice place, but I have two suggestions for them. First, the room was exceptionally cold when we arrived. It was 105 outside, so it's really crazy to set the thermostat at 65. Second, for the price we were paying, a free breakfast would be nice.
